Somit kann man auch nicht bei EVVA direkt diesen Zylinder nachfordern. Ein neuer 3KS Zylinder kostet normalerweise um die € 150,- im Verkauf. Als Angebot habe ich einen Preis für einen neuen Zylinder mit ca. € 330,- erhalten. Eine Reparatur wurde nicht angeboten. Trotz bitte um besseren Preis, wurde hier nicht nachgebessert. Ich verstehe zwar, dass jeder etwas verdienen muss aber ich finde es nicht sehr kunden-orientiert, wenn man quasi keine andere Wahl hat, so einen hohen und meiner Meinung nach auch nicht gerechtfertigten Preis anbietet. Es gab auch keine Erklärung, wie es zu diesem Preis kommt. Jetzt muss meine Freundin in Zukunft einen Schlüssel mehr am Schlüsselbund tragen. Tja... I wanted to order an EVVA 3KS cylinder for my girlfriend. It has a locking system with a Sengtschmid profile. This means that you cannot request this cylinder directly from EVVA either. A new 3KS cylinder normally costs around € 150 on sale. As an offer, I received a price for a new cylinder of around € 330. Repair was not offered. Despite asking for a better price, no improvements have been made here. I understand that everyone has to earn something, but I don't find it very customer-oriented when you have virtually no other choice and offer such a high and, in my opinion, not justified price. There was also no explanation of how this price came about. Now my girlfriend will have to carry one more key on her keyring in the future. Well ...
