Muss irgendwie mit dem Wirtschaftsgesetz Österreichs zusammen hängen. Kartell Schutz. Was weiß ich. Selbst wenn er wollte. Ok, so bestellte ich die Ware über die Firma "Fließendorf". Und schon hat es geklappt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr teuer und kein Support nach Ende der Garantie. Für so teure Teile einfach nicht machbar. Ich habe ein Duschpaneel, € 5500,-- das ich nun wegschmeißen kann. nie wieder, ein Stern, nicht zu empfehlen, miserable Firma, Telefonsupport aka "Was bilde ich mir ein, da anzurufen, man wäre Hersteller und keine Supporter". Mein Installateur sagt, zuviel Elektronik, kann er nicht reparieren, soll ich mich an HansGrohe wenden....und das endete in....€ 5500,-- (ohne Einbau) im Mülleimer.
Very expensive and no support after the end of the warranty. For such expensive parts just not feasible. I have a shower panel, € 5500, which I can throw away now. never again, a star, not recommended, miserable company, phone support aka "What do I imagine, because to call, you would be manufacturer and not a supporter". My installer says, too much electronics, he can not repair, should I contact HansGrohe .... and that ended in .... € 5500, - (without installation) in the bin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr guter Kundenservice. sehr schnelle Reaktionszeit auf Email, äußerst kompetent, höflich und kundenorientiert. Defekter Duschkopf nach 4,5 Jahren, ohne wenn und aber ausgetauscht und zur Sicherheit einen Anschlussschlauch gratis dazu gegeben. Es wäre schön, würden viele Unternehmen so kundenorientiert agieren. Herzlichen Dank
Very good customer service. very fast reaction time to email, extremely competent, polite and customer-oriented. Defective shower head after 4.5 years, without if and but replaced and given a connection hose for security free of charge. It would be nice if many companies were so customer-oriented. thank you very much

Mein Rat keine Produkte von diesem Unternehmen kaufen, da man für Ersatzteile zahlen muss aber diese nicht geliefert bekommt.
Ordered spare parts online and had to pay for them in advance. So far no delivery and no response to a written request for repayment.
My advice is not to buy products from this company, as you have to pay for spare parts but you can't get them delivered.
