Während der Testphase wurde ich beim Zusammentragen der erforderlichen Dokumente unterstützt.
Seit dem sind die Hörgeräte ständige Begleiter im Alltag.
Am Anfang war es etwas ungewohnt. Aber das verging schnell.
Kleiner Tipp: zum Telefonieren über die Hörgeräte ist eine Smarwatch von Vorteil.
Man sieht am Handgelenk wer anruft, und kann über die Hörgeräte abheben oder auflegen.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
After a very good consultation, I decided on Phonak hearing aids.
During the test phase, I was supported in collecting the necessary documents.
Since then, hearing aids have been a constant companion in everyday life.
At first it was a bit strange. But that passed quickly.
A little tip: a Smarwatch is an advantage for making phone calls with the hearing aids.
You can see on your wrist who is calling, and you can pick up or hang up using the hearing aids.
