Habe bei meinem pide scharfe Sauce dazu bestellt und gleich Mal 1,50€ drauf legen dürfen ... 1,50€ für Sauce geht's noch ?
1. Edit: ... aber Ketchup und Mayo sind nur mit 0,25€ sind halt keine Saucen, das find ich gut ?
2. Edit: Danke für den kundenzufriedenstellenden Umgang ... ist ja oberste Priorität ?

I ordered hot sauce from my pide and was allowed to add 1.50 € ... 1.50 € for sauce ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte mit meiner Frau zusammen Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellen. Haben das Lokal betreten und es waren auch 3 Mitarbeiter anwesend, die uns beim Reinkommen bemerkt, aber nicht begrüßt haben. Wir sind dann ca. 5 Minuten an der Theke gestanden und wurden ignoriert! Dann ist ein anderer Gast gekommen. Dieser wurde freundlich begrüßt und nach geschätzten 10 Sekunden bedient! Wir haben das Lokal verlassen und werden es mit Sicherheit auch nicht wieder betreten!
Wanted to order takeaway food with my wife. We entered the restaurant and there were also 3 employees who noticed us when we came in, but did not greet us. We then stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and were ignored! Then another guest came. He was greeted warmly and served after an estimated 10 seconds! We have left the restaurant and we will definitely not go back!
