Sowas von nicht empfehlenswert!
 Incapable staff who blindly make allegations to bag money. Eternal waiting time for cell phones sent in & arrive even more broken than sent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Null Kompetenz, Abzocke pur! Gestern war meine Mutter mit ihrem IPhone 7 Plus bei Ihnen, da sich der Bildschirm von ihrem IPhone immer verdunkelt und danach nicht mehr reagiert. Fachliche Begutachtung des Mitarbeiters ergab:
36€ für Kostenvoranschlag
260€-300€ für die Reparatur da durch hellseherische Fähigkeiten ein gebrochenes Teil im Telefon festgestellt wurde.
Fakt, ein einfaches zurücksetzen auf Werkseinstellung und das IPhone läuft wieder normal.
Das nenne ich Kundenservice auf höchsten Niveau, oder vielleicht ganz einfach abzocken älterer, unwissender Leute.
Zero competence, pure rip-off! Yesterday my mother was with her IPhone 7 Plus with you, because the screen of your iPhone always darkens and then stops responding. Expert assessment of the employee revealed:
36 € for quotation
260 € -300 € for the repair because by clairvoyant abilities a broken part in the telephone was determined.
Fact, a simple reset to factory settings and the iPhone is back to normal.
That's what I call customer service at the highest level, or maybe simply rip off older, ignorant people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ist nicht zu empfehlen, der Kundenservice lässt zu wünschen übrig, die Dame hatte heute nur Zeit für private Gespräche, keine Begründung beim eintreten ins Geschäft, und dann wartet man und wartet, man fängt an mit dem Handy zu spielen doch sie redet weiter über private Dinge. Daher würde ich den Shop nicht empfehlen.

Am Abend wird zwar eine Möglichkeit zur Mitteilung und tel. Rückruf eingeräumt; aber ohne, dass eine Reaktion erfolgte.
Am 11. Jänner habe ich mein Huawei P20 pro zum Akkutausch abgegeben. Tel. Anfrage ob fertig unmöglich! Hin und Rückfahrt - wie oft notwendig ? Zur Klärung. ob fertig, ca 30 km.
Vielleicht ist der sehr nette MA Herr Rosegger über sein Privat Hdy erreichbar??!

On January 11, I handed in my Huawei P20 pro for a battery replacement. Tel. inquiry whether finished impossible! Round trip - how often necessary? For clarification. whether finished, about 30 km.
Perhaps the very nice MA Mr. Rosegger can be reached via his private cell phone??!
