★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin froh, dass ich eher per Zufall zum Hartlauer Optiker Valentin Preiml gekommen bin. Er hat mich von Anfang an richtig beraten. Schon bei der Erstauskunft hat er mir zum Augenarzt geraten und nicht mit Gewalt eine Brille verkauft. Dass ich mir nach der Operation eine Brille bei Hartlauer kaufe ist selbstverständlich. Wieder hat mich Herr Valentin Preiml genau richtig beraten. Dafür bin ich dem Hartlauer und seinen Mitarbeitern sehr dankbar.
I am glad that I came by chance to Hartlauer optician Valentin Preiml. He advised me right from the start. Already at the Erstauskunft he advised me to an ophthalmologist and did not sell by force a pair of glasses. It goes without saying that I buy glasses from Hartlauer after the operation. Once again, Mr. Valentin Preiml gave me the right advice. For that I am very grateful to Hartlauer and his employees.

Da ich ein Mensch mit besonderen Bedürfnissen bin schätze ich es sehr das es hier sehr geduldige Personal gibt (Brille/ Handy) die auch nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen nett bleiben

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechte (keine) Bedienung! Absolute Ignoranz der Angestellten. Erst nachdem ich danach gefragt habe, war es möglich mich zu bedienen! Habe geduldig gewartet und mir ist bewusst das es oft stressig sein kann aber die Mitarbeiter haben vor meinen Augen private Dinge besprochen und mich einfach ignoriert. Sehr schade - da ich Amazon etc nicht unterstützen will und extra zur neuen Hartlauerfiliale gefahren bin
Very bad (no) service! Absolute ignorance of the employees. Only after I asked for it was it possible to serve me! I waited patiently and I am aware that it can often be stressful but the staff discussed private matters before my eyes and simply ignored me. It's a shame - because I don't want to support Amazon etc. and went to the new Hartlauer branch
