Die Streiterei war mir zu blöd jetzt muss ich leider zum Konsumentenschutz. Replaced there 2 months ago and it is again defective. In case of complaint the seller sets all possible arguments to accept no guarantee. The argument was too stupid for me now unfortunately I have to consumer protection.

War dort um mich über das problem zu beschweren er meinte mur es kommen jeden tag so viele es ist ihm egal. Habe mich beim Konsumentenschutz gemeldet. Die die sache nun übermehmen. O	Otiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Würde am liebsten -5 Sterne geben. Ich habe dort ein display gekauft weil diesmal keine Zeit war auf Amazon zu warten. Es hieß Garantie bis zur Türe. Okay was soll schon mit einem neuen Display sein? Zuhause ausgepackt waren überall Fingerabdrücke. Okay soll nicht so schlimm ein getauscht und der touch erkennt überall Bewegungen. Nachdem ich schon über 200 iPhones repariert habe weiß ich das ich nichts falsch gemacht habe. Nur Streitereien usw. Slechtester laden in dem ich je war. Lasst bloß die Finger davon. Hab mir eine halbe Stunde sinnloses Streiten angehört und er hat nicht ein Argument vorgebracht. Lächerlicher laden. NIEMALS Dort einkaufen. Would love to give -5 stars. Der Shop verwendet minderwertige Ersatzteile/ Displays, verkauft und bewirbt diese als A++ und wenn es zu Fehlern und Reklamationen kommt dann gibt es überhaupt kein Entgegenkommen. Die Krönung - Apple Passwörter für iCloud sollen bekanntgegeben werden ansonsten sei keine Reparatur möglich! Absolut unseriös!!! Finger weg!!!!!!! Ich musste am Ende doppelt bezahlen weil durch die Reparatur Schäden entstanden sind, die ich in einem PROFESSIONELLEN SHOP dann teuer reparieren lassen musste. Konnte es am Anfang nicht glauben aber auch ein Bekannter hat ähnliche Erfahrung gemacht Unfortunately had a very bad experience! S	STV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FINGER WEG von diesem Geschäft! Der ausgetauschte IPhone-Bildschirm war am kommenden Tag, ohne jeglichen Vorfall, einfach defekt (weißer Strich von oben bis unten). Konfrontiert damit meint der Inhaber, dass ICH IHM beweisen müsse, dass das Handy nicht auf den Boden gefallen ist und ist entgegen seiner Verpflichtung nicht dazu bereit, den Bildschirm zu reparieren oder auszutauschen. Absolut unfreundlich und uneinsichtig und stampert einen dann auch noch aus dem Geschäft, schlimmer geht es eigentlich nicht. Jetzt habe ich ein defektes Gerät und dafür habe ich knapp 90 Euro bezahlt. FINGER AWAY from this business! The replaced iPhone screen was simply defective the next day, without any incident (white line from top to bottom). When confronted with this, the owner means that I have to prove to HIM that the cell phone has not fallen on the floor and, contrary to his obligation, is not prepared to repair or replace the screen. Absolutely unfriendly and unreasonable and then stomps you out of business, it doesn't really get any worse. Now I have a defective device and I paid almost 90 euros for it.
