Ich mache mir nichts daraus und gehe 3 Tage nach dem Kauf mit der Rechnung nochmals hin und fordere mein Geld zurück. Dann wird mir erklärt, dass dies nicht ginge und sie das nicht machen werden. Sie geben mir nochmals andere Kopfhörer, die aber dann wider nicht funktionieren. Ich studiere Rechtswissenschaften und kenne mich mit dem österreichischen Gesetz aus. § 3 KschG Rücktrittsrecht (KschG - Konsumentenschutzgesetz) (1) Hat der Verbraucher seine Vertragserklärung weder in den vom Unternehmer für seine geschäftlichen Zwecke dauernd benützten Räumen noch bei einem von diesem dafür auf einer Messe oder einem Markt benützten Stand abgegeben, so kann er von seinem Vertragsantrag oder vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Dieser Rücktritt kann bis zum Zustandekommen des Vertrags oder danach binnen 14 Tagen erklärt werden. Da ich bereits nach 3 Tagen mein Geld zurückgefordert hatte, sollte dies keineswegs ein Problem darstellen. Die zwei Männer die dort arbeiten verweigerten mir jedoch mein Recht zur Rückerstattung, was wie erklärt, illegal ist. Ich bin nun um 50€ betrogen worden und habe kaputte Kopfhörer. This withdrawal can be declared up to the conclusion of the contract or within 14 days thereafter. Since I had already reclaimed my money after 3 days, this should by no means be a problem. However, the two men who work there denied me my right to a refund, which we say is illegal. I have now been cheated of 50 € and have broken headphones.

Der Deckel ist hinten schlecht verklebt. Es gibt Risse. Drinnen, wenn ich das Handy schüttle, kann ich einen Teil baumeln hören. Wenn Sie möchten, dass Ihr Handy repariert wird und einwandfrei funktioniert, wenden Sie sich an das offizielle Servicecenter (sonst kommen Sie ins Geld). Samsung S8 +. Display Tausch 3 Tage hin und her umsonst und am Endeffekt gesagt: dass er das Handy nicht reparieren kann, weil er sich nicht auskennt ! Frechheit Pur ! Finger Weg von diesem Laden! Zeit und Geld Sparen, Geht Ihr woandershin! Professionalism has nothing to do with this business and business operator! Display exchange 3 days back and forth for free and in the end said: that he can't repair the cell phone because he doesn't know his way around! Pure cheek! Stay away from this store! Nicht empfehlenswert. I asked the operator to keep my package longer. Was promised. Then package is not found on site. Promises to call you back. Doesn't reply. Not recommended.
