M	Matthias Morosits on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though we reserved a table, we still had to wait 30 minutes. Then we finally got a table, after 1 hour, 2 employees just took our Shishas away and said we have to go. The service is the worst ! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

M	Matthias H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Shisha, but I wish they were open until midnight during weekdays. Since you're only allowed to sit outside for 90 minutes now it would be cool if there was a way to extend it to 2 hours or have more finance reservation times....
J	James Randall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a disappointing venue... their website clearly states 01:00 close time and we arrived at 22:55 and they said they are closing at 23:00. We then ask to go inside for a drink and were denied because of a ‘private party’. Obviously just rude to tourists as they denied another couple of tourists directly after us, yet gladly welcomed some locals just after we left? Avoid at all costs! Worst shisha bar in Vienna.

We made a reservation and first, after 15 mins one of us was asked to sit on a small, uncomfortable stool because the chair was given to other customers who had a reservation for a table next to us, even though we had one too. When we asked for a normal chair to be brought from the inside (we were in an outside smoking area), we were refused. Then, after we stayed there for two hours drinking and smoking shisha, we were told we have to leave now because another reservation for our table is coming in 10 minutes. What a nonsense! Which bar accepts a reservation for a table which is already reserved?! When we asked for a manager, he said we were not informed by the phone that apparently you can only stay there for 1.5 hours because the bar is losing money on the non-smoking Austrian law and they have to rotate the customers. What a horrible customer service, actually, the lack of it! You cannot throw out customers for new ones, that's not the way to do business!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN! ???

Rude staff, didn’t even want to cater for us and told us they’re closed about 2 hours before their actual close time...? No apologies for the inconvenience of publicly posting the incorrect closing time. Shisha pipes looked rubbish in all fairness and the whole atmosphere was actually rubbish. Was all steamy and damp in the outdoor area, so probably a blessing in disguise that we were denied entry...

Upon arrival, we were told that all tables were reserved and we could only sit on a table until 9.30pm. (We arrived at 8.30pm). By this time we ordered 2 shishas, Mozzarella sticks and potato fries. The Shisha came immediately however very poor quality. Seems like they on purpose added less Shisha tobacco knowing we will be leaving in an hour. The food took an hour and a half to arrive and we were told we can wait inside until the food arrives although we were still smoking. Eventually we moved tables and only two people showed up in the reserved area when there were at least 8 more seats. Seriously? What kind of customer service is this? Looking at previous reviews I can see the customers have faced similar issues. This place discriminates and chooses their customers as they please. I definitely do not recommend coming here at all.

I called to book a table, the waiter said i don’t need to make a reservation as i am only one person and i can come . I walked 40 minutes to get there, and the same one said they don’t have places left, but they proposed me to pay a shisha for 40 minutes then leave ????. I’ve never seen such a horrible and unprofessional behaviour. Plus , the waiter ask me to keep my calm , yeah the guy was very funny … Anyway, the only good thing in this shisha is the name of the place that is really close to the reality : they should call it : Fail’s shisha lounge ?
