K	Katrin Nusshold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es geht zwar ziemlich schnell und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett – aber die Qualität lässt mehr als nur zu wünschen übrig, vor allem für den überhöhten Preis. Wenn mir dort gesagt wird, meine Foto-Datei sei von der Bildqualität her in Ordnung, erwarte ich eigentlich auch, dass sie schön gedruckt wird. Im Endeffekt war jedes einzelne Bild unscharf; dafür war der Preis doppelt so hoch wie angekündigt. Ich werde mir in Zukunft wohl einen anderen Copyshop suchen. It is pretty quick and the staff are very nice - but the quality leaves something to be desired, especially for the inflated price. When I am told there that my photo file is okay in terms of image quality, I actually expect it to print nicely. In the end, every single picture was out of focus; the price was twice as announced. I will probably look for another copy shop in the future.

GOTT SEI DANK habe ich diesen Copyshop aufgesucht. Die Mitarbeiterin hat mich äußerst kompetent und überaus freundlich über verschiedene Möglichkeiten aufgeklärt und mir versprochen, dass das Problem so schnell wie möglich gelöst wird. Und so war es auch: Habe die Arbeit am Freitag Nachmittag abgegeben und konnte sie gleich Montag Früh wieder abholen kommen. Neben einem perfekten Endergebnis, verdanke ich dem Shop, dem Buchbinder und vor allem der tollen Mitarbeiterin auch noch meine gute Stimmung an diesem Tag, da sie mich mit ihrer freundlich-witzigen Art und ihrer positiven Ausstrahlung "angesteckt" und mir das Gefühl gegeben hat, dass ich mir keine Sorgen mehr um meine Arbeit machen muss! Last week I had a problem with my thesis (one page had to be swapped due to an error), which was also quite urgent. THANKS TO GOD I went to this copy shop. The employee explained to me in an extremely competent and extremely friendly manner about various options and promised me that the problem would be solved as soon as possible. And that's how it was: I handed in my work on Friday afternoon and was able to pick it up again on Monday morning. In addition to a perfect end result, I owe the shop, the bookbinder and above all the great employee my good mood on that day, because she "infected" me with her friendly, funny manner and her positive charisma and made me feel that I don't have to worry about my job anymore!
