Mitarbeiterin sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, trotz des hohen Stresspegels! Top!! Sehr empfehlenswert!! :-) Saturday afternoon!! The shop is full of people who all need something from a single (!!) employee who works alone. Employee very courteous and friendly, despite the high stress level! Top!! Highly recommended!! :-)

Obwohl ich explizit darauf hingewiesen habe, dass der Ausdruck in Originalgröße sein muss, war das Endergebnis um 10-20% zu groß. Auf meine Beschwerde wurde mir gesagt, dass es unmöglich sei, JPG-Dateien in tatsächlicher Größe zu drucken - das ginge nur mit PDFs. Mein Einwand, dass das auf meinem Tintenstrahldrucker zuhause problemlos möglich ist, wurde nicht zur Kenntnis genommen. "Das macht bei uns die Software und die skaliert alles auf Seitengröße." Meine Frage "Das heißt ich hab also Pech gehabt...?" wurde mit einem knappen "Ja, leider." beantwortet. Es wurde mir keine Kulanzlösung (z.B. Rückerstattung, Umwandlung der Daten in PDF, o.ä.) angeboten. A very friendly and helpful member of staff helped me print my data. Although I explicitly pointed out that the printout must be in its original size, the end result was 10-20% too large. When I complained, I was told that it was impossible to print JPG files at their actual size - only PDFs could do that. My objection that this can be done easily on my inkjet printer at home was not taken into account. "The software does that for us and it scales everything to page size." My question "That means I was unlucky ...?" was answered with a curt "Yes, unfortunately." answered. I was not offered a goodwill solution (e.g. refund, conversion of the data to PDF, etc.).
P	Paul Campus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War ein sehr unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter.. Die Kosten sind auch viel zu hoch, 7€ Bearbeitungsgebühr weil ich meine Datei per Mail gesendet habe. Der Vorgänger hatte diese Kopierringe, die man mit 10€ aufladen musste. Habe davon 3€ verbraucht und 7€ jetzt einfach geschenkt -.- bekommt man nicht mal zurück... Was a very unfriendly employee .. The costs are also much too high, 7 € processing fee because I sent my file by email. The predecessor had these copier rings that had to be topped up with € 10. I used 3 € of it and now just gave 7 € for free -.- you don't even get it back ...
B	Ber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Ausdruck kostet 4,85€!!! oder man wird gezwungen eine 5€ copy card fùr 34 kopien zu kaufen, was ja nutzlos ist wenn man nur eine einzelne Seite braucht. Der Angestellte war auch nicht besonders freundlich, besser woanders hingehn! A printout costs € 4.85 !!! or you will be forced to buy a 5 € copy card for 34 copies, which is useless if you only need a single page. The clerk wasn't particularly friendly either, better go elsewhere!

Diese kann man je nach Umfang und Bedarf mit 5, 10€ 20€ oder mehr aufladen. Empfehlenswert sind 10€ bzw 20€, da somit eine Copy auf etwa 8Cent kommt und das reicht für einige Schriftsätze im der "Büro-Kraten-Ländle" aus. Top vorallem die Geräte, hier wird die allerneueste und beste Technik verwendet, auch folgen jede Woche Updates. Ob der Copie von USB 3.0 , Cards, Handys ect mittels PC-Monitoransicht per Mausklick in Sekunden gedruckt von Norm A4 über Farbe Großformat bis hin zu Fotoqualität. Hinzu kommt das die Mitarbeiter professionell, freundlich und hilfreich sind. Auch gibt es jede Menge Sonderoptionen wie T-Shirt Druck, Schilder uvm. Oft vor Ort, bislang immer alles 1A .. und wird dennoch ständig etwas leichter und inovativer. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. The best copy shop in town.
