War schon fast überall in Wien und noch nie so happy! Farben sind ohne hin top. Immer wieder gerne und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch ? Every visit is an absolute delight! Hair extensions without fraying your own hair and you can see absolutely no transitions! Been almost everywhere in Vienna and never been so happy! Colors are great anyway. Always a pleasure and I'm already looking forward to the next visit ?
H	Helen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente schön, Musik angenehm, Haarschnitt ganz ok. Jedoch muss ich sagen, dass außer der Haarschnittberatung mir jeglicher Kundenkontakt fehlte. Kommt sicherlich auch auf die Friseurin/den Friseur an. Wenn ich es aber mit einem anderem Studio vergleichen, wurde bei diesem hier nicht wirklich während des gesamten Aufenthalts mit mir geredet. (bis auf die Beratung für den Schnitt - da hat man sich bemüht auf meine Wünsche einzugehen) Das Shampoonieren war für mich zu fest, das Kämmen ebenso und als mein Hals ausrasiert wurde (macht man auch bei Damen bei einem Bob) war meine Haut offen und gereizt. Beim Föhnen habe ich gesagt, es wäre mir zu heiß und sonst habe ich mich auch bemüht, von meiner Seite her mitzuteilen, wie es mir geht. Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn dies aber auch vom Personal erfragt worden wäre. Ich wurde in anderen Studios gefragt, ob ich selbst Föhnen möchte/Glätteisen ja oder nein - bei diesem wurde leider einfach getan ohne es mit mir, dem Kunden, abzusprechen. Daher nur 2 Sterne! Ambience nice, music pleasant, haircut quite ok. However, I have to say that apart from the haircut advice, I missed any customer contact. It certainly also depends on the hairdresser. But if I compare it to another studio, this one didn't really talk to me throughout my stay. (except for the advice for the cut - they tried to respond to my wishes) Shampooing was too harsh for me, combing too, and when my neck was shaved (the same thing women do with a bob) my skin was open and irritated. When blow-drying I said it was too hot for me and otherwise I tried to let you know how I was doing. It would have been good if this had been asked by the staff. I was asked in other studios whether I would like to blow-dry myself/straighteners yes or no - unfortunately this one was simply done without discussing it with me, the customer. Therefore only 2 stars!

Die Haarfarbe wurde korrigiert und es sieht einfach super schön aus, vielen lieben Dank an die Mädels :) Top! I'm super happy with the result! It was my first time there and I felt very comfortable! The hair color was corrected and it just looks super nice, many thanks to the girls :) Great!

Zusammengefasst: Ich bin seit langem begeisterter Kunde. Ich war bereits vorher (jahre lang) Kunde im vorherigen Friseursalon im 1 Bezirk und bin begeistert, dass der Salon jetzt hier im 23. Bezirk ist. Sowohl Madelaine, als auch Rebecca kennen sich mega aus und haben eine perfektionierte schneide Technik. Ich kann beide nur wärmstens empfehlen und bin mega glücklich. Meine freundin hat vor kurzem Balayage machen lassen und ist mega begeistert über das Ergebnis. Macht bitte einfach weiter so. I am very demanding when it comes to my hairstyle and only a few hairdressers manage to meet these high expectations. In summary: I have been an enthusiastic customer for a long time. I was a previous customer (for years) at the previous hair salon in the 1st district and am thrilled that the salon is now here in the 23rd district. Both Madelaine and Rebecca know their way around and have a perfected cutting technique. I can only warmly recommend both of them and am super happy. My girlfriend recently had balayage done and is super excited about the result. Please keep it up.

I was impressed by how friendly the girls are and how well they treat their customers! I had a balayage done and due to some previous mistakes on my hair, the result was a little bit not what I expected. However, Rebecca was ready to perform some corrections, when I asked and made me feel comfortable because I was initially shy to complain about something. This is a professional attitude! The final result appeared to be even more beautiful than in the beginning and I love it.
