Beim nächsten Muttermal-Check komm ich sicher wieder. Very nice and friendly, takes enough time for the conversation and the examination. No waiting time and I was able to simply book the appointment online. I will definitely come back for the next mole check.

Meinen Kindern (9,11) hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir können sie nur wärmstens empfehlen! A very pleasant atmosphere in the ordination, adherence to deadlines is very important, Dr. Svastics takes a lot of time and answers all questions with careful accuracy. My children (9.11) enjoyed it very much. We can only warmly recommend them!

Die Homepage hat mich so überzeugt, dass ich mir gleich online meinen Termin vereinbart habe - das ging sehr flott und unkompliziert. Die Wartezeit bis zu meinem Termin war auch nicht lange. Ich kam überpünktlich zu meinem Termin und wurde direkt sehr freundlich von der Assistentin empfangen. Anschließend durfte ich gleich zur Frau Dr. weitergehen. Ich hatte einige Anliegen, Probleme und Fragen. Frau Svastics hörte mir wirklich zu, ging auf meine Anliegen ein, hat mir alles sehr einfach und verständlich erklärt und sich alles genau angeschaut. Sie konnte mich sowohl auf der menschlichen als auch auf der fachlichen Ebene vollkommen überzeugen. Ich habe mich sofort gut aufgehoben und verstanden gefühlt. Keine Frage oder Anliegen war zu blöd oder unangenehm. Man merkt, dass Frau Svastics Freude an ihrer Arbeit hat und das ist einfach so viel wert und sehr schön, denn das ist heutzutage leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Man ist bei ihr ein Mensch und keine Nummer. Die Parkplatzsituation ist leider nicht so toll, aber eine gute Hautärztin zu haben, ist für mich so viel mehr wert, als ein Parkplatz vor der Türe. Ich komme auf jeden Fall mit Freude und gutem Gewissen wieder und kann Frau Dr. und ihre Assistentin zu 100% weiterempfehlen. I'm just excited! The homepage convinced me so much that I made an appointment online right away - it was very quick and uncomplicated. The waiting time for my appointment wasn't long either. I came to my appointment over time and was greeted very friendly by the assistant. Then I was allowed to go straight to Dr. go on. I had a few concerns, problems, and questions. Ms. Svastics really listened to me, responded to my concerns, explained everything to me in a very simple and understandable way and looked at everything carefully. She was able to completely convince me on both a human and a professional level. I immediately felt that I was in good hands and understood. No question or concern was too stupid or uncomfortable. You can tell that Ms. Svastics enjoys her work and that is simply worth so much and very nice, because unfortunately that is no longer a matter of course these days. With her you are a person and not a number. The parking lot situation is unfortunately not that great, but having a good dermatologist is worth so much more to me than a parking space in front of the door. In any case, I will be back with joy and a clear conscience and I can thank Dr. and recommend your assistant 100%.

Auch meine kleine Tochter (2,5 j) hat sich bei der Untersuchung wohl gefühlt. TOP! A really very personable, competent doctor who takes excellent care of her patients and takes her time.
