The boss of the pharmacy is subject to criticism. Sneers at you without making eye contact! Thank goodness the ladies are all the nicer.
B	Benedikt Günther on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisher hatten wir gute Erfahrungen mit der Apotheke. Aber heute wollten wir ein in Deutschland für uns bestelltes und bereits bezahltes Medikament abholen. Dabei stellte sich heraus, dass eine zu kleine Verpackungseinheit bestellt wurde. Doch statt sich zu entschuldigen, wurde wir genötigt das Medikament mitzunehmen und uns dann beim Arzt ein neues Rezept zu holen (und somit erneut die Rezeptgebühr zu bezahlen, die über dem Medikamentenwert liegt). Als wir die Mitnahme verneinten, wurden wir schroff abgewiesen und aufgefordert uns zukünftig eine andere Apotheke zu suchen. Der Aufforderung kommen wir sehr gerne nach, da wir eine Apotheke im Dienstleistungssektor verorten, zu der ein solches Verhalten überhaupt nicht passt. So far we have had good experiences with the pharmacy. But today we wanted to pick up a drug that we had ordered and paid for in Germany. It turned out that a packaging unit that was too small was ordered. But instead of apologizing, we were forced to take the medication with us and then get a new prescription from the doctor (and thus pay the prescription fee again, which is above the medication value). When we said no, we were rejected abruptly and asked to look for another pharmacy in the future. We are happy to comply with the request, since we locate a pharmacy in the service sector, to which such behavior does not fit at all.

Die Rafael Apotheke in Leopoldsdorf war dagegen sehr bemüht und bestellte mein gewünschtes Produkt ohne Probleme. Too lazy to take my order. Allegedly not available through wholesalers. The Rafael pharmacy in Leopoldsdorf, on the other hand, tried very hard and ordered the product I wanted without any problems.

Leider wusste sie nicht das sie wo anders günstiger kaufen kann und hat sich auf denn Rat der Apotheke verlassen. Ich finde es unverschämt das gerade die Apotheken die in diese Krise die am meisten Umsätze auch noch machen und profitieren, so teuer an denn Verbraucher die Masken verkaufen.!!! Gerade sie sollten als Vorbild dienen und die Leute die sie das nicht leisten können günstiger verkaufen. Beratung= 0. Ich gehe auf jeden Fall nie mehr dort einkaufen. I think it's outrageous that the pharmacies that make the most sales and profit in this crisis are so expensive to sell the masks to consumers. !!! They in particular should serve as role models and sell the people who cannot afford them cheaper. Advice = 0. In any case, I will never go shopping there again.
