SO ist Kundenservice! Uniquely friendly, competent and advisory (not patronizing as is often the case with many ...) pharmacy. Even corona test without lengthy prior registration. SO is customer service!

Auf Nachfrage bezüglich offenen Fenstern wurde mit mitgeteilt :"Soll ich mich verkühlen?" und es ist die Tür (zu einem Innenraum) offen. Unfortunately, the deadline was not kept. Antigen test in a small room with the window closed. When asked about open windows, the message: "Should I get cold?" and the door (to an interior space) is open.

T	Thomas Berta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechteste Apotheke ever, in ganz Burgenland kann man sich 2mal testen lassen (Antigen und PCR) nur hier 1 Test wird von der Kassa gezahlt, keinen Plan was da abgeht, kein Kunde kennt sich aus. Termine sind unnötig weilst eh länger wartest ! Nach klärenden Gespräch wurden die Missverständnisse geklärt. Worst pharmacy ever, in the whole of Burgenland you can get tested twice (antigen and PCR) only here 1 test is paid for by the cashier, no plan what is going on, no customer knows his way around. Appointments are unnecessary because you wait longer anyway! After a clarifying discussion, the misunderstandings were cleared up.
