Friendly and technically competent staff, the price was mostly okay. The most common consumables in stock if not the next day. Gladly again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Erstkontakt wegen einer Reparatur war freundlich. Leider überstieg das Angebot dann den Neupreis des Geräts, sodass die Reparatur nicht zustande kam.
Auf zwei Mails diesbezüglich erhielt ich keine Reaktion.
Trotz vorheriger Nachfrage nach den Reparaturkosten wies man mich nicht darauf hin, dass das Angebot kostenpflichtig ist.
Für mich ist diese Erfahrung daher in Summe entbehrlich.
The first contact about a repair was friendly. Unfortunately, the offer then exceeded the new price of the device, so that the repair did not take place.
I received no response to two emails in this regard.
Despite previous inquiries about the repair costs, I was not advised that the offer was subject to a charge.
For me, this experience is therefore superfluous in total.
