Worth of visiting, even if you don't shop, just for enjoying its features.
I won't comment on the clothes for sale, if you are familiar with chain, you know what's all about. No surprises there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wow.. located in middle of the city centre, this H&M building stands out tall. It looks so nice inside as well. Interiors look grandeur.
More importantly very affordable clothing makes it even more easier to shop.
There's free WiFi in side the store.
Loved my shopping experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is wonderful! However, this particular store does not have a kids section. I just wanted to mention the online shop I've been using during the lockdown, instead of shopping in person.
I love the app and so far everything has been working smoothly. I did encounter some difficulties with the delivery process in my last order, and I contacted the live chat customer service. I was directed to a woman named Alina, who was terribly rude, unfriendly, and incompetent and did not help me in the end. I asked to speak to her supervisor, but she said I can't, since she is in home office. I was so angry, I thought I would never order with h&m again, and I have two kids, where I buy almost everything from h&m... I decided to call the customer service Hotline - they were so professional, friendly and helpful and I am so glad I called them! I will most definitely continue to be a faithful customer! What a difference good customer service makes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This might be the coolest H&M in Vienna. It is located in an old building. The elevator is the oldest one in Vienna - I recommend using it! From the inside, the H&M is pretty much the same as every other H&M.
