The lady on the phone was arrogant, condescending, simply disgusting, was delighted that I had asked about a position and she was no longer there, felt good to be in an imaginary position of power.

Die paar Damen, die den Laden führen, sprechen sich untereinander überhaupt nicht ab und schaffen es nicht nach jahrelanger Erfahrung ein kinderleichtes System auf die Beine zu stellen um dieses Chaos zu verhindern. Man darf sich nicht wundern wenn man mal in das falsche Bundesland geschickt wird, weil mal wieder keiner einen Plan hat wann wer wo Dienst hat und ebenso darf man sich nicht wundern, dass man selbst dafür die Schuld tragen muss. Man darf sich nicht wundern wenn jeden Tag der Stundenzettel anders aussieht, mal gibt es keinen, mal zwei. Das wichtigste ist, dass die GVO nie Schuld an irgendetwas hat. Du freust dich hier über flexible Arbeitszeiten? Möchtest du einen Dienst absagen, bitte 2 Wochen davor melden. Brauchen Sie dich aber für einen Dienst, heulen und betteln Sie dich einen Tag davor am Telefon an, dass du die letzte Hoffnung bist. Kleiner Tipp am Rande: wenn ein dein Arbeitskollege sagt, er sei schon mehr als 1 Jahr bei der GVO, LAUF! There is an enormous lack of professionalism and order here. Am liebsten hätte ich der Dame einen Brief geschrieben, wie man mit Menschen reden sollte. Zusammenhalt unter Mitarbeitern war leider auch schlecht. Das war u.a. der Grund, warum mein Stiefsohn seinen Job gekündigt hat. The boss (Ms. Andrea W.) is totally fine, but Ms. Bettina P. is just a quarrelsome, totally dominant and condescending person. I would have loved to write the lady a letter on how to talk to people. Cohesion among employees was unfortunately also bad. That was i.a. the reason my stepson quit his job.
