★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte mit Hr Painhaupt das Gespräch, welcher die Vorauswahl für das Unternehmen getroffen hat. Das Gespräch war angenehm und respektvoll. Beim Gespräch selber lässt er einen erzählen und hackt sinnvoll nach, schwachsinnige Standardfragen hat es nicht gegeben. Auch war der Kontakt während des Prozesses laufend gegeben, er hat sich schon sehr bemüht, muss ich zugeben.
Had the conversation with Mr. Painhaupt, who made the pre-selection for the company. The conversation was pleasant and respectful. During the conversation himself, he lets you talk and hacks sensibly, there were no idiotic standard questions. There was also constant contact during the process, I have to admit that he tried very hard.
