We were in the queue with other people.
Others keep coming and was being served before us. The staff was told that the queue should have been served first. One staff ( who speaks English) answered rudely that she is busy and we should go to her.
C’mon this doesn’t make sense for the others in the queue.
The staff could politely ask others to be in the queue.
