R	Rainer Zufall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminvereinbarung nicht möglich! Habe Online zuerst einen Termin um 15:15 ausgewählt, der kurz darauf storniert wurde, da dieser schon vergeben ist (?!). Dann wollte ich nochmal einen Termin aussuchen, um 15:10, auch dieser wurde abgelehnt, dabei werden die beiden Termine nach wie vor Online als frei angezeigt !! Was soll das ?! Telefonisch, wie zu erwarten, nicht erreichbar. Alleine die Abstände von 5min. zw. den Behandlungen zeigt wie sehr man hier wohl am Fließband abgefertigt wird. Absolute Frechheit, typischer Kassenarzt Appointments not possible! I first selected an appointment online at 3:15 pm, which was canceled shortly afterwards, as it is already taken (?!). Then I wanted to choose an appointment again, at 3:10 pm, this was also declined, and the two appointments are still shown online as free !! What shoud that ?! As expected, not available by phone. The intervals of 5 minutes alone. between the treatments shows how much you are processed here on the assembly line. Absolute cheek, typical health insurance doctor
c	chris q on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlich und überaus kompetent von Fr. Dr. Weissenbäck behandelt, erhofft man sonst nur als Privatpatient, hier aber eine Kassenordination. Very friendly and extremely competent from Mrs. Dr. Weissenbäck treated, one hopes otherwise only as a private patient, but here a cash register coordination.

Ich kann die negativen Berichte von einigen wenigen Patienten wirklich nicht nachvollziehen. Es könnte schon der Verdacht aufkommen, dass diese Patienten von anderen Dingen frustriert waren... I got an appointment for the next day, friendly staff, hardly any waiting times, necessary examinations and the advice was carried out carefully. I really don't understand the negative reports from a few patients. One might suspect that these patients were frustrated with other things ...

Frau Dr. Weißenbäck war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam - ich habe meine neue HNO Praxis definitiv hier gefunden :) Short waiting time for an appointment, very friendly surgery staff, clean and nicely furnished surgery! Miss Dr. Weißenbäck was very friendly and attentive - I definitely found my new ENT practice here :)
T	Teresa W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider haben sich sowohl Ärztin als auch Arzt nur sehr wenig Zeit für mein Anliegen genommen (mit Ausnahme einer einzigen Praxishelferin). Ich fühlte mich in der Praxis insgesamt schlecht aufgehoben und nicht wirklich gehört. Der Tinnitus ist immer noch da und mir wurden außer großen Mengen an Kortison keine Behandlungsmöglichkeiten aufgezeigt. Termin bekommt dafür sehr schnell. Unfortunately, both the doctor and the doctor took very little time for my request (with the exception of a single practice assistant). Overall, I felt badly looked after in the practice and not really heard. The tinnitus is still there and I was not shown any treatment options apart from large amounts of cortisone. Get an appointment for it very quickly.

L	Lucas Julian Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Pötschner is a competent doctor. I was examined with a smooth endoscopy and given the right prescriptions. The clinic is generally comfortable. However, the receptionists are terrible: 1) two of them seem to have a repulsion for English speakers. 2) I have made a second appointment with them AT THE COUNTER (I've even written down the details immediately), but they later said I haven't got one. 3) Two of them are morbidly obese and rather unfit to work in any healthcare setting. I was recommended to have surgery in due course. But the indifferent auxiliary healthcare staff, and their 'attention' to detail, suggest that I should have the surgery and further check-ups elsewhere. The Doc deserves better receptionists, though.
