Y	Yasin Gündüz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärzte sind gut. Die Ordinationsassistentin, die einfach dauergrantig und dauergenervt ist, ist aber fast nicht auszuhalten! So überheblich, besserwisserisch und nicht patientenorientiert kann man nicht sein. Ich will auch nicht im Warteraum (bis ich zum Arzt darf) zuhören müssen, wie die Dame sich nach jedem Anruf, die die Ordination bekommt, über die Anrufer aufregt. The doctors are good. The doctor's assistant, who is simply constantly aggrieved and annoyed, is almost unbearable! You can't be so arrogant, know-it-all and not patient-oriented. I don't want to have to listen in the waiting room (until I'm allowed to see the doctor) how the lady gets upset about the callers after every call that the ordination receives.

Dazu kommt dass man immer einen Termin benötigt sonst wird man weggeschickt und ein termin hier bedeutet nicht man sei um die Zeit auch dran, das Wartezimmer ist meistens voll und man muss dennoch mindestens eine halbe Stunde warten! Auch wird nicht auf die Maskenpflicht geachtet kann jedem nur abraten hier her zu gehen! Sometimes the doctors are haphazard and ask the patients what to do with medical questions. In addition, you always need an appointment otherwise you will be sent away and an appointment here does not mean you are there at that time, the waiting room is usually full and you still have to wait at least half an hour! Dr. Rohregger ist sehr kompetent, wie auch seine anderen ÄrtzInnen. Man geht auf den/die Patienten ein. Kein rasches Abhandeln, sondern genug Zeit für das Gespräch. Obwohl ich jetzt nicht mehr in Wien wohne, nehme ich gerne eine längere Anfahrt in Kauf, da ich mich In guten Händen befinde. Bravo! Weiter so. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Wolfgang Proschinger-Bosch Great team! Reception staff very friendly. Requests for prescriptions by email are answered quickly. Dr. Rohrgger is very competent, like his other doctors. You respond to the patient (s). No quick discussion, just enough time for a conversation. L	Lenka Moeller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this place many times since I moved to Vienna. This clinic is well organized and their opening hours are very long. There is always someone on duty. New family doctors are trained there. If I have a small issue, I am not afraid to see a young doctor. Otherwise it’s not a problem to request an appointment from a specific doctor or ask for a second opinion. Waiting times are sometimes very short (under 15 minutes). Usually, you will wait for ca 30 minutes. If you want to see Dr. Lion/ Dr. Hager/ Dr. Rohregger, you must usually wait longer. Before you leave your home, you can call them and see how many patients are already waiting. I always find parking nearby. There are up to 4 doctors on duty. You will probably not see the same doctor every time you come. This must be considered. Everyone at the clinic has been nice to me, though. :-)

All the receptionists and all the doctors were very helpful and friendly, spoke proper English, I didn't have problem with the communication. Lady at the reception even spoke my language and helped a lot. I had more serious problem and I appreciate that they treated me as a foreigner, they could have just send me to hospital or home. They really tried and they were willing to help me, they always took time for me and they were just so nice, positive and friendly and I'm a person scared of doctors. I was there more than 6 times in the last month and I never had to wait longer than 15 min, I also didn't have to make appointment, I could have just come any time. The opening time is also very long. They made everything easier for me, they did everything what was necessary (even more than what was needed) as fast as possible - because time is precious. I am thankful and I appreciate everything what they did for me and the treatment was incomparably good with the doctors I have ever been to. I can't imagine anything better and I can't complain about anything at all.
