A	Ay Sa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ohne Termin geht überhaupt gar nicht. Einen Termin telefonisch zu vereinbaren, ist eine Glückssache und hängt davon ab, ob und nach wie lange die Assistentin abhäbt. Without appointment is not at all. Making an appointment by phone is a matter of luck and depends on whether and for how long the assistant aborts.
G	Google Nutzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NIIIE WIEDER!!!! die kennt sich 0 aus diese "Ärztin" und nimmt einen überhaupt nicht ernst. Und weil man dann standhaft bleibt und um eine Lösung oder ein Medikament bittet, weil man schon 15 Jahre Probleme damit hat... schreibt sie in die Kartei "Patient jammert auf hohem Niveau!". Habe es schwarz auf weiß gesehen. Schreckliche, unwissende Person mit Fake-Lächeln!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!! she knows her way around this "doctor" and doesn't take you seriously at all. And because you then persevere and ask for a solution or a drug, because you have had problems with it for 15 years ... she writes in the file "Patient complains at a high level!". Saw it in black and white. Terrible ignorant person with fake smile !!!

Freundlich War erst einmal dort- hab aber ab jetzt eine neue Hautärztin :) I found them 1. Competent (told me exactly what was in the cream and why it was important) and 2. Friendly Was there only once - but from now on I have a new dermatologist :)

Ich fühle mich sehr gut betreut. It was worth the long wait for an appointment. Friendly, competent team and the doctor takes enough time for health insurance patients. I feel very well looked after.
L	Laura Kremser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die einzige freundlich Person war die Ordinationsgehilfin. Die Ärztin wirkte desinteressiert und schaute sich meine "Veletzung" nicht mal genau an. Nachdem sie einen kurzen Blick darauf geworfen hatte verschrieb sie mir gleich eine starke Salbe mit vielen Nebenwirkungen, ohne genauere Information. Auf meine Fragen wollte sie gar nicht genau eingehen und nach 5 Minuten wurde würde ich schon wieder rausgeschickt und das obwohl kein einziger Patient wartete. Da meine alte (sehr gute) Ärztin nicht mehr in dieser Ordination arbeitet werde ich sie höchst wahrscheinlich nie wieder aufsuchen. The only friendly person was the ordination assistant. The doctor looked disinterested and didn't even look at my "injury". After taking a quick look at it, she prescribed me a strong ointment with many side effects, without further information. She didn't really want to answer my questions and after 5 minutes I was sent out again, even though not a single patient was waiting. Since my old (very good) doctor no longer works in this office, I will most likely never see her again.
D	Die Upsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gut organisiert - habe spontan am nächsten Tag einen Termin bekommen und hatte dann trotzdem keine Wartezeit. Man fühlt sich auch nicht abgefertigt, sondern wird in Ruhe behandelt. Well organized - spontaneously got an appointment the next day and still didn't have to wait. You don't feel like you have been dealt with, but treated in peace.

Habe noch am selben Tag einen Termin bekommen, Wartezeit war kurz, mein Problem wurde extrem schnell von Frau Dr. Weihs-Zuckermann erkannt. Ihre Empfehlungen und Infos waren super und klar. Mich stört das etwas schnellere Abhandeln nicht, da sie freundlich ist und mein Problem gelöst hat. Very competent doctor! Got an appointment on the same day, the waiting time was short, my problem was solved extremely quickly by Dr. Weihs-Zuckermann recognized. Your recommendations and information were great and clear. I don't mind the a little faster dealing with it because she is friendly and solved my problem.
