The best doctor and the assistants too. I feel very well cared for. And they take care of themselves really well. So I can recommend you and I will too earned!!!
M	Marie Kies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Burkart ist eine sehr freundliche geduldige Ärztin. Eine schlechte Bewertung aufgrund von- wie einige es hier tun- langer Wartezeit Ist nicht zulässig. Das ist bei jeder gut besuchen Ärztin gleich. Dass manche Menschen sofort dran kommen kann so auch nicht stimmen. Es gibt in der Ordination im vorderen Bereich ein weiteres Wartezimmer und einige gehen sofort dort hin. Was noch gut möglich ist (obwohl nicht wirklich erlaubt), dass einige eine Weile rausgehen und erst dann wieder zurückkommen und es scheint so als würden sie nicht lange gewartet haben. Ms. Burkart is a very friendly, patient doctor. A bad rating due to - as some do here - long waiting times is not allowed. It is the same for every well-visited doctor. The fact that some people can get it right away is also not true. There is another waiting room in the ordination in the front area and some go straight there. What is still quite possible (although not really allowed) is that some go out for a while and then come back again and it seems that they haven't waited long.
B	Bobby Van Kenobi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sie hat zwar lange Wartezeiten, aber sie nimmt sich sich Zeit für die Patienten. Und das ist super. Ich nehme diese lange Wartezeit gerne in kauf, als Ärztin und als Mensch ist sie super und auch die Frau Weber ist ein ganz lieber Mensch. Jetzt bin och schon meine ganze Kindheit bei ihr gewesen und das bleibe ich auch, bis sie irgendwann in Pension geht. Although she has long waiting times, she takes time for the patients. And that's great. I gladly accept this long wait, as a doctor and as a person she is great and Frau Weber is also a very nice person. Now I've been with her all my childhood and I'll stay that way until she retires.

Wartezeiten können mal länger dauern, aber das Warten lohnt sich ?? Absolut verdiente 5 Sterne! Very very personable & above all EXPERIENCED doctor who really takes the time for her patients! Waiting times can take longer, but it is worth waiting ?? Absolutely deserved 5 stars!
D	David Seres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärztin und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und nehmen sich Zeit für die Patienten, jedoch muss man mit ca. 3 Stunden Wartezeit rechnen. Man lernt im Warteraum mit der Zeit umzugehen, man hat ja sein Handy oder ein Buch bei der Hand (davon gibt's auch reichlich im Regal). In der Ordination hängt auf einem Schild der allzu treffende Satz von Churchill, "Das einzige Mittel Zeit zu haben ist, sich Zeit zu nehmen." Die Ärztin hat sich für mich immer Zeit genommen, ich wurde nie nach 5 Minuten abserviert. Sie ist sehr empathisch, und ich hatte immer das Gefühl bei ihr, dass sie mir ehrlich helfen will und sich für meine Beschwerden und Fragen Zeit nimmt und auf diese eingeht. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind allesamt hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich, und gehen mit jedem respektvoll um. Auch sie nehmen sich ausreichend Zeit für jeden. Man wird einfach menschlich behandelt, was in unserer Welt mittlerweile zu einer Rarität geworden ist. Für so einen Dienst nehme ich mir gerne Zeit. The doctor and the staff are very nice and helpful and take time for the patients, but you have to expect about 3 hours of waiting time. You learn to deal with the time in the waiting room, you have your cell phone or a book at hand (there's plenty on the shelf). In the ordination, on a sign, the phrasing sentence of Churchill hangs, "The only means of having time is to take time." The doctor has always taken time for me, I was never dumped after 5 minutes. She is very empathic, and I have always had the feeling that she wants to help me honestly and takes time for my complaints and questions and addresses them. The staff are all helpful and very friendly, and treat each other respectfully. They also take enough time for everyone. One is simply treated humanely, which in the meantime has become a rarity in our world. For such a service, I like to take time.
K	Kristina Arsic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Frechheit! Ich bin vor kurzem umgezogen und habe nach einer Hausärztin in der Nähe gesucht und diese wurde mir vorgeschlagen. Ich bin heute in die Ordination gekommen mit starken Schmerzen und hatte Problem beim Atmen aufgrund meiner Gastritis die ich habe. Ich wurde beim Schalter rausgeekelt wie noch nie! Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Die Dame am Schalter sagte zu mir das ich ohne Termin nicht kommen darf und sie mich nicht da lassen wird. Darauf hin habe ich ihr gesagt das ich starke schmerzen habe und ich Zeit hätte um zu warten bis ich dran komme darauf hin kam eine Aussage das jeder schmerzen hat und mir mit der Hand gezeigt hat wo die Tür ist. Leider habe ich es nicht zur Ärztin geschafft. Nie wieder gehe ich dort hin!! Würde der Ärztin raten sich das Personal anzuschauen wie die mit zukünftigen Patienten umgeht. Absolute cheek! I recently moved and looked for a family doctor nearby and this one was suggested to me. I came to the ordination today with severe pain and had difficulty breathing due to my gastritis. I was disgusted at the counter like never before! I have never experienced anything like it. The lady at the counter said to me that I am not allowed to come without an appointment and that she will not leave me there. Then I told her that I was in a lot of pain and that I had time to wait until my turn came a statement that everyone was in pain and showed me with their hand where the door is. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the doctor. I will never go there again !! Would the doctor advise the staff to look at how they deal with future patients.
M	Michi Zausl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderbare Ärztin, ich war jahrelang dort Patient und wurde immer äußerst zuvorkommend und unglaublich menschlich behandelt. LEIDER ist Frau Dr. Burkart seit 1.7.21 in ihre sicherlich mehr als wohlverdiente Pension gegangen - darum ist dieser Eintrag nicht mehr aktuell. Es gibt jedoch einen Praxisnachfolger - kennen tu ich Ihn leider noch nicht. Wonderful doctor, I was a patient there for years and was always treated extremely courteously and incredibly human. Unfortunately, Dr. Burkart went to her well-deserved pension since 1.7.21 - that's why this entry is no longer up to date. However, there is a successor to the practice - unfortunately I don't know him yet.
