Meine Fragen wurden kompetent beantwortet, auf Wünsche eingegangen, der Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit... Bin rundum zufrieden. Danke Team Orea Was a bit skeptical at the beginning because everything is done online but I was promptly called by the owner management, viewing appointment was made, quickly and easily. My questions were answered competently, requests made, the staff very helpful ... I am completely satisfied. Thanks Team Orea

Wir haben in letzter Zeit viele Besichtigungen getätigt- aber die Besichtigung über Orea war die BESTE, ENTSPANNTESTE und WOHLFÜHLENNSTE Besichtigung, die wir jemals hatten. Umso größer ist die Hoffnung, dass wir die besichtigte Wohnung bekommen! Um es mit Wiener Worten auszudrücken: GEIL GEIL GEIL! This new concept is just GRANDIOS! We have done a lot of sightseeing lately - but the tour of Orea was the BEST, MOST RELAXED and MOST COMFORTABLE tour we have ever had. The greater the hope that we will get the apartment we visited! To put it in Viennese words: GEIL GEIL GEIL!

Über ein Immobilienportal bin ich dann auf Website orea-home.com gestoßen und war begeistert von den 3D-Rundgängen und der schnellen Anmietung. Ich hatte die Rückmeldung nach 3 Tagen und konnte sofort den Mietvertrag unterzeichnen. Ich bin noch immer begeistert! I had the feedback after 3 days and was able to sign the lease immediately. I am still amazed!

Es wird zu 100% auf persönliche Wünsche eingegangen bis man die perfekte Immobilie gefunden hat. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Praktikantin die mit uns persönlich quer mit den Öffis durch Wien gefahren ist und uns super Empfehlungen gab. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff are incredibly helpful, courteous and friendly. It is 100% responded to personal requests until you have found the perfect property. I would particularly like to highlight the intern who drove with us personally through public transport through Vienna and gave us great recommendations. Absolutely to suggest!!!

Ab diesem Moment wusste ich es, ich habe meine Traumwohnung gefunden. Ich habe mir die Wohnung zuerst Online mit 360° Grad angeschaut. Ich war dadurch schon sehr fasziniert, weil man damit die Wohnung auch übers Handy richtig besichtigen kann. Dann habe ich mir einen Besichtigungstermin ausgemacht. Nach dem besichtigen wollte ich die Wohnung sehr und es hat auch geklappt. Hierfür nochmals einen herzlichen Dank an Herrn Penkner aus dem orea - Team. I was looking for an apartment for a long time, but I never found the right one. Until I met orea. From that moment on I knew, I found my dream apartment.
