Leider ist das grisu das nähste lokal im drachen park und es ist sehr fein da man die kinder im blick hat jedoch wahr meine Familie am Dienstagden 10.7 im grisu haben 45minuten auf einen nicht aufgeräumten tisch auf einen Keller/in Gewartet da das Personal unterbesetzt ist und sie nicht nach gekommen sind sind sie mit 3 hungrigen Kindern wo anders hin da wir schon das 2 mall hier wahren weiß ich das es auch nur tk wahreist wo man Zuhause das selbe um den halben Preis kochen kann. sehr zum empfehlen wäre das nächste Restaurant tirolerhof da da alles frisch gekocht wird Leider kann man nur 1 stern geben sonst würde ich 0 geben !!!!!!!!!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! N	Nicole N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Essen ist geschmacklich ok jedoch zu teuer. Ich hatte außerdem welke braune Blätter im Salat. Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, jedoch völlig unkoordiniert. Alle bedienen scheinbar alle Tische. Einer nimmt die Bestellunge auf, der nächste rennt ziellos mit den Getränken oder dem Essen zwischen den Tischen herum und versucht rauszufinden wo die Bestellung hin gehört. Bei zwei Gerichten kam nur eins, das zweite auf Nachfrage dann erst als das erste fast aufgegessen war. Es wird abgeräumt und nicht gefragt ob man noch etwas möchte. Guter Service geht anders. The food tastes ok but too expensive. I also had withered brown leaves in the salad. The staff is friendly, but completely uncoordinated. Everyone apparently serves all tables. One person takes the order, the next one runs aimlessly between the tables with the drinks or food trying to find out where the order belongs. With two dishes only one came, the second on request only when the first was almost finished. It is cleared away and not asked if you want anything else. Good service is different.
H	Hannah Domainko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein super tolles Lokal mit ausgezeichneter Küche, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommend Bedienung, wo jeder Kundenwunsch erfüllt wird einfach toll. Es ist toll gelegen im Drachenpark und für Kinder sind unmengen an Attraktionen gegeben. Eltern können Kaffee trinken und die Kinder sind gut beschäftigt. Es ist also sehr zu empfehlen für Eltern die sich eine Auszeit gönnen wollen. Ich bin vollstens überzeugt vom "Grisu" und werde mit Sicherheit öfters vorbei schauen und es auch vollstens weiterempfehlen. A super great restaurant with excellent cuisine, very friendly and courteous service, where every customer request is met just great. It is in a great location in the dragon park and there are tons of attractions for children. Parents can have coffee and the kids are kept busy. So it is highly recommended for parents who want to treat themselves to a break. I am completely convinced of the "Grisu" and will definitely stop by and recommend it to others.
D	Denise Gaibl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren heute in dem tollen Freizeitpark Drachental und wollten zum Mittag bei Grisu essen, da es ja direkt im Park ist. Wir haben uns einen Schattenplatz gesucht und vergeblich auf eine Bedingung gewartet. Als ein Platz in der Nähe des Thresen frei wurde, haben wir uns da hin gesetzt, in der Hoffnung dass man uns da eher bedient. Aber es kam wieder niemand auf uns zu. Wir sind dann direkt zur Theke und wollten etwas bestellen aber man hat uns abgewimmelt. Schade, haben das Lokal hungrig verlassen Today we were in the great amusement park Drachental and wanted to have lunch at Grisu's, as it is right in the park. We looked for a shady place and waited in vain for a condition. When a place near the counter became available, we sat down there in the hope that we would be served sooner. But again nobody came up to us. We went straight to the counter and wanted to order something, but they turned us off. What a shame, left the restaurant hungry
B	Biene Maja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren Freitag mittags dort und können nichts negatives sagen. Wir wurden schnell bedient und auf das Essen haben wir ca. 20 Minuten gewartet. Es hat uns gut geschmeckt. Alles bestens. We were there at noon on Friday and can't say anything negative. We were served quickly and we waited about 20 minutes for the food. It tasted good to us. Everything great.
D	Daniel Aniser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der heutige Tag war leider schlecht organisiert: Tische stehen bereit; es war nicht gekennzeichnet, dass "dieser Bereich geschlossen" ist, weil sie personell unterbesetzt waren. Wir und ca. 10 andere Personen haben Platz genommen. Nach einiger Zeit kam die Kellnerin und sagte, dass hier geschlossen ist. Aber: Der Ton macht die Musik. Das könnte man auch anders sagen. Wir sind auf ein sehr nahliegendes Gasthaus ausgewichen. Die haben sich sehr gefreut. Dort war es gemütlich. Später als wir wieder zum Park gingen, sahen wir dann, dass sie den Bereich dann richtig abgesperrt hatten. Today was unfortunately badly organized: Tables are ready; it was not marked "this area is closed" because they were understaffed. We and about 10 other people have taken a seat. After a while the waitress came and said it is closed here. But: the sound makes the music. You could say that in another way. We switched to a very close inn. They were very happy. It was cozy there. Later, when we went back to the park, we saw that they had properly cordoned off the area.
A	Anonym Germany on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Grisu ist eine Gaststätte, die direkt am Drachental ist. Zwangsweise setzt man sich dort hin , wenn die Kinder noch spielen . Daher ist es ziemlich voll. Leider sind die Bedienungen total überfordert . Waren 2 mal dort . 1. Besuch 1h 40 min. bis das Essen kam. 2. Besuch , der Kaffee war getrunken, dann erst kam der Apfelstrudel. Wie werden nicht mehr hin gehen . The Grisu is a restaurant that is directly on the Dragon Valley. You are forced to sit there when the children are still playing. So it's pretty crowded. Unfortunately the waitresses are totally overwhelmed. Were there 2 times. 1st visit 1 hour 40 minutes until the food came. 2nd visit, the coffee was drunk, only then came the apple strudel. We won't go any more.
H	Helga Schneider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich nett und bemüht, aber wir haben 1h30 auf unser Essen gewartet, das auf Nachfrage nicht einmal in der Küche bestellt war. Zweimal wurde uns irgendein Essen hingestellt und dann wieder weg genommen. Der Kellner wurde vor den Gästen von einem anderen Angestellten mehrmals getadelt, wie dumm er sei, dass er nicht die richtigen Nummern eingeben kann. Wir haben vor lauter Verzweiflung Tränen gelacht. In jeden Fall ein unvergesslicher Besuch! Basically nice and hard-working, but we waited 1h30 for our meal, which wasn't even ordered in the kitchen when asked. Twice we were given some kind of food and then taken away again. The waiter was reprimanded several times in front of the guests by another employee about how stupid he was for not being able to enter the correct numbers. We laughed tears of despair. Definitely an unforgettable visit!
