★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good clean laundromat but you need a contactless credit card if you are a tourist. I paid €20 for a ‘Green Card’ but did not know until afterwards that you require an Austrian telephone number to activate it. That was an expensive lesson!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I doubt there was any detergent used during washing. The water inside the maschine looked cristal clear, no foam, no smell. Even after washing the clothes didn't have any kind of smell, just wet.
On their webpage they claim to use some "hygene detergent", clicking the "more information" button next to it doesn't get you anywhere but on the same page again ?
Otherwise, the shop was bright and clean. Everything worked easy and intuitive. Free Wi-Fi is offered inside the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I washed a duvet here but the result was unsatisfying. It cost about 6 euros for just a 30 min wash and the duvet was neither looking clear nor smelling good. Prices on the machines supposed to be just with special card bec. it cost more when it comes to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passing through Vienna on railroad trip, and badly needed to do laundry. Found this green and clean, and the washer+dryer in one worked perfectly. Downloaded the app and paid by PayPal, no problems. Was not sure if the clothes really would be dry coming out of the tumbler, experienced earlier that dryers just leave them dry-ish. But they were really dry, could just put them right back in the backpack with peace of mind!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coins can’t be used. Cash or Green &Clean card can be. Better yet load the App. This allows you to choose the machine and pay easily.
For the person who could not stop the dryer: just select the button you start the machine with and it will pause. You select the button again when ready. Too easy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's alright - gets the job done, convenient, easy to use, it's great that everything is also translated to English.
However, the clothes don't smell like washing powder at all, so I wouldn't be able to know if there was any added (they say it gets automatically added). What if the machine had run out?
I also agree it's pricey.
