Man bekommt eine top Beratung und merkt, dass hier noch mit Leidenschaft und Freude gearbeitet wird. Für mich von nun an die einzige Anlaufstelle für Pfeifenkauf, Beratung und Reparatur. A really nice shop with a huge selection of pipes in every price range. You get top advice and notice that people still work here with passion and joy. For me from now on the only point of contact for pipe purchase, advice and repairs.

Das Personal ist unglaublich sympathisch und der Chef ein echtes Original! Das Wissen rund um das Thema Pfeife ist wirklich fantsstisch! Es wird sich ausführlich Zeit genommen und man bekommt eine Top Beratung. Absolute Empfehlung für Menschen die dem Genuss frönen! Klare Empfehlung!!! I recently bought a wonderful pipe for my husband and the shop is just worth seeing. The staff is incredibly personable and the boss is a real original! The knowledge about the pipe is really fantastic! A lot of time is taken and you get top advice. Absolute recommendation for people who indulge in pleasure! Clear recommendation !!!

But unfortunately the pipe specialist was not present and the other guy couldn't help a lot, because "he was running the store alone" and couldn't leave to the back, where they hide "around 2000 pipes". If I got it right: the initial owner passed away and left the store to his son and he seems re-do the business now..... the showroom offers now around 200 pipes - so quite a variety, but mostly high priced pieces. Didn't get the pipe that I wanted (obviously), but bought another one, which made me give 3 stars. Vast tobacco range is available and the non-pipe-employee reads the descriptions of the different flavours from a piece of paper. That worked and it's good enough for 3 stars. Maybe next time more.....
