DPD paketshop aber Samstag nicht geöffnet?

Ich war 5 mal auf Donaufelder Straße 16 , neue geöffnet, Einfach klasse, höflich ,nett, sicher ,die Preise sind richtig studiert ich empfehle weiter also 5 Sterne ?

Sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiterin ist sehr nett.

Mein Mann hat in dieser Wäscherei Hemden abgegeben. Das Waschen sollte mit Bügeln eigentlich 18 € kosten. Als er die Hemden jedoch abholte, lautete die Rechnung über 28,50 €. Eine Unverschämtheit ohnegleichen. Man verlangt für ein Frackhemd 10 Euro!!!! Für einen Smokinghemd 6,50 €!!! Sagt dies aber erst bei der Abholung. Das ist nah am Betrug. Zudem waren die Hemden schlecht gebügelt und an die Hemden wurde der Wäschezettel angetuckert. Ein Hemd war sogar beschädigt. Diese Wäscherei ist nicht zu empfehlen, ganz abgesehen davon, dass sie sich Schnelläscherei schimpft, sie habe eine Woche braucht, um Hemden zu waschen und zu bügeln

€ 5,20 für die Reinigung eines T-Shirts, die Flecken sind aber immer noch da!! Schnellwäscherei ist auch ein Witz, es hat eine Woche gedauert und wie gesagt die Flecken wurden nicht entfernt. Nie wieder

They lost a regular customer with me today. The fact that I had a quality shirt washed here backfired today. I wouldn't advise to have anything washed here that's more than C&A quality. I brought my shirt here last week, only to see it full of holes back today. Apparently an 'accident' happened with their washing machine. The shop attendant asked me for the value, I checked on this at home, I came back and told the price I had payed for it. It was a good quality shirt, so yes, it hadn't been the cheapest. The shop attendant called the shop owner, who was clearly reluctant to take responsibility and pay for the damages done. The issue is that I am an expat, and obviously I am not in the possession anymore of receipts for a shirt that was bought back in The Netherlands. The owner, who by the way had some foreign first name himself, was extremely rude to me over the phone, trying to lecture me about Austrian laws and all. Clearly he had no idea what he was talking about. The shop owner started to make low offers over the phone like I was in a market place in a foreign country (which annoyed me), no apology even from the guy. Ridiculous. Then proposed to have their insurance company estimate the value of the shirt, to which I agreed under certain conditions, then to back of from this plan again, and even had the frechheit to say he wasn't paying anything and I should come by with my Anwalt, because I wasn't moving in his direction enough. This was taking too long and getting too ridiculous. I took the amount that was offered in the end, on the condition that I got it on the spot in cash from the shop attendant - who was friendly by the way and apologized for what had happened, left, and decided to take my future business elsewhere.
