★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It does what it should. Absolutely no complaints in terms of quality, time taken, and prices however it's just the location of it that is something of a shortfall. Was a little of a struggle to lug all our laundry there

Extremely expensive ! I've been in laundries all over europe (spain, portugal, france, belgium...) and everywhere it's 4 euros for 8kg machines and 8 euros for biggest machines (14kg to 26kg) and around 2 euros for 15min drying.
Here it's 15 euros and you have to install their mobile app which mean they collect data about you, and require you to have internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their washing machines / dryers are quite new, without odours. The convenience of credit card payment is great.
However if you ever needed to be in contact with them, it is a rather tiring and require sending follow-up emails to get a response. Their customer service are quite poor and not approachable, which is a shame considering they are trying to be innovative and modernise laundromat service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how efficient the equipments are, the instructions are good,
But it would be better if you put a whole manual on how to do everything from A to Z
Example:
1.you need to put your laundry in the machine and set it to the right mood.
2. You need to go pay(you pay only by using your master/Visa cards) or you can put cash in the machine and buy a Green Clean card, then use it to pay by picking the machine number you are using.
3. After you’ve paid, you need to go back to your machine and press Okay.
......
It’s the same pressure with the drying.
For me I was lucky that someone helped me with the process, that’s why I am writing.. so I could help with the pressure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive place to wash your clothe. Be prepared with all the clothe to put it in one machine. 2 of these machines can be a nice dinner. No coffee machines inside. You can only pay with bank cards or in the app with bank cards or PayPal.
