Eine Verkettung unglücklicher Umstände hat zu einigen Komplikationen geführt. Die Mitarbeiter blieben stets professionell, obwohl wir wirklich nicht leicht im Umgang waren, und kamen uns bis zuletzt entgegen. Große Empfehlung für diesen Wiener Betrieb Elektro Hammerl had a difficult time with us as customers who needed a new ceramic hob. A chain of unfortunate circumstances has created a number of complications. The employees always remained professional, although we were really not easy to deal with, and they met us until the very end. Great recommendation for this Viennese company

Es würden 2 Tage später 2 Mitarbeiter kommen, das alte Gerät mitnehmen und das neue installieren. In einem Zeitfenster von 3 Stunden kam nach 2maligem Urgieren endlich in genau der letzten Minute ein Mitarbeiter. Er brachte ein verstaubtes, unverpacktes, ganz offensichtlich altes TV-Gerät. Der Herr wusste überhaupt nicht Bescheid. Offenbar gab es unzureichende Kommunikation zwischen ihm und seinem Chef. Meine Vermutung: Da ich bei der Bestellung erwähnte, dass der Fernseher für meine alte Tante ist, dachte man, dieser könne man ein gebrauchtes, verstaubtes Gerät als neu andrehen. I ordered a television over the phone. The boss (?) Was very friendly and immediately had a suitable offer. Two employees would come 2 days later, take the old device with them and install the new one. In a time window of 3 hours, after two urges, an employee finally came at exactly the last minute. He brought a dusty, unwrapped, obviously old TV set. The Lord didn't know at all. Apparently there was insufficient communication between him and his boss. My guess: Since I mentioned when ordering that the TV was for my old aunt, you thought that you could turn a used, dusty device on as new.
