★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Null Sterne geht leider nicht - Ware für 80 € per PayPal bezahlt, keine Auftragsbestätigung, keine Rückmeldung auf Nachfragen seit 2 Wochen. Nie wieder. --> Antworten möglicherweise wg. Spamverdacht nicht zugestellt, Lieferung an Packstation war nicht möglich, Kommunikation letztlich über PayPal und Ware ist bei anderer Adresse gelandet.
 Unfortunately, zero stars does not work - goods paid for 80 € via PayPal, no order confirmation, no response to inquiries for 2 weeks. Never again. -> Answers possibly due to Suspected spam not delivered, delivery to packing station was not possible, communication ultimately via PayPal and goods ended up at a different address.

Versand und Abwicklung funktionierten wunderbar, jedoch waren auf den Brillengläser bereits Fingerabdrücke zu erkennen und machten daher keinen neuen Eindruck .
Sunglasses were ordered from the online shop.
Shipping and handling worked wonderfully, but fingerprints were already visible on the glasses and therefore did not make a new impression.

Extra 140 Kilometer hin 140 Kilometer retour umsonst.
Looks good from the outside, unfortunately closed although opening times 10 am-6 pm are stated on the web.
Extra 140 kilometers there, 140 kilometers back for free.

Fallweise eine muffige Bedienung !
Als Kunde hat man ja eine Vielzahl an Vergleichsmöglichkeiten um es beurteilen zu können.
Es gibt aber immer die Chance dies zu verändern/verbessern - vielleicht gelingt es auch an diesem Standort...

As a customer, you have a multitude of possibilities for comparison to be able to judge it.
But there is always the chance to change / improve this - maybe it will also work at this location ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr toller Shop nahe Autobahnabfahrt mit vielen Parkplätzen mit guter Warenpräsentation und tollen Aktionen.
Leider für mich nicht ums Eck, daher erst 2 mal vor Ort eingekauft.
Im Lockdown auch den Online-Shop genutzt, reibungslose und rasche Zustellung.
Kann diesen Shop wirklich nur empfehlen!!
Very great shop near the motorway exit with lots of parking spaces with good product presentation and great promotions.
Unfortunately not around the corner for me, so only bought 2 times on site.
The online shop was also used during lockdown, smooth and quick delivery.
Can only recommend this shop !!
