★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin mit dieser Fachwerkstatt äußerst zufrieden. Angefangen bei der Beratung bis hin zum Reparieren meines Autos.
Nach mehrmaligen freundlichen sowie kompetente Beratungsterminen, habe ich damals vor gut 2 Jahren meinen Skoda Octavia gekauft, mit dem ich bis Heute vollstens zufrieden bin. (Erst Auto)
Leider hatte ich zum Jahreswechsel am Glatteis einen Zusammenstoß mit einem Wegbegrenzer und somit musste mein Auto in die Werkstatt zum Reparieren.
Nach kürzester Zeit bekam ich schon einen Termin. Es hat keine 2 Wochen gedauert und der Schaden wurde behoben. Die Reparaturzeit und die Qualität waren zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit.
(Neue Stoßstange, neue Seitentür, neue Windschutzscheibe und ein neues Domlager.)
Der Defekt der Domlager wäre mir selbst nicht aufgefallen. Glücklicherweise haben die Mechaniker bemerkt, dass das Domlager nicht richtig geschmiert wurde und zum rosten begann (Garantie).
Beim abholen des Autos vergaß ich die FFP2 Maske die heutzutage leider getragen werden muss.
Ich habe bei der Service Stelle angerufen um Bescheid zu geben dass ich da bin, aber die FFP2 Maske vergessen habe.
Darauf hin kam eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin vors Autohaus und hat mit mir die Übergabe durchgeführt.
Zusammengefasst: alles wurde zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. ?
I am extremely satisfied with this workshop. Starting with the advice to repairing my car.
After several friendly and competent consultation appointments, I bought my Skoda Octavia a good 2 years ago, with which I am completely satisfied to this day. (first car)
Unfortunately, at the turn of the year I had a collision with a travel limiter on the black ice and my car had to be taken to the workshop for repairs.
I got an appointment in no time. It took less than 2 weeks and the damage was repaired. The repair time and the quality were to my complete satisfaction.
(New bumper, new side door, new windshield and a new dome bearing.)
I wouldn't have noticed the defect in the dome bearing myself. Fortunately, the mechanics noticed that the dome bearing was not properly lubricated and started to rust (guarantee).
When picking up the car, I forgot the FFP2 mask, which unfortunately has to be worn these days.
I called the service point to let them know that I was there, but forgot the FFP2 mask.
A very friendly employee then came to the dealership and carried out the handover with me.
In summary: everything was done to my complete satisfaction. ?
