★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufgrund der Corona Situation war eine Besichtigung vor Ort nicht möglich, es wurde aber alles sehr professionell und schnell via Email abgehandelt. Nach einer kurzen Überlegungszeit haben wir uns dann doch für eine Bank entschieden und die Qualität des Produkts hat uns überzeugt, da wir es auch bei unserem Personal Training verwenden. Zugegeben, nicht für den schmalen Geldbeutel, aber Bestellung, Zahlung, Lieferung haben reibungslos und schnell funktioniert.
Due to the corona situation, an on-site visit was not possible, but everything was handled very professionally and quickly via email. After a short consideration, we decided on a bank and the quality of the product convinced us because we also use it in our personal training. Admittedly, not for a small budget, but ordering, payment and delivery went smoothly and quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechter Service. Liefern beim ersten Mal das Gerät falsch und die Ersatzlieferung ist defekt. Hinzu komm, dass die Techniker eine Schraube überdrehen und ich es bezahlen soll. Sehr enttäuschend für eine Firma in diesem hohen Preissegment.
Very bad service. Deliver the device incorrectly the first time and the replacement delivery is defective. In addition, the technician overturns a screw and I should pay for it. Very disappointing for a company in this high price segment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unacceptable service! I ordered a machine that weights 99 kg, and the driver dropped it on the street and left. When calling the company, they said they use another company for delivery, and only thing i can do is to open it and bring it to the apartment in parts. For the cost of their equipments, the service is ABSOLUTELY IMPROFESSIONAL.
