Diese Uhr war ursprünglich wasserdicht, lief jedoch nach dem Batterietausch zunehmend an. Da ich eine Ice-Watch Liebhaberin bin, habe ich natürlich bei meiner zweiten Ice-Watch die Batterie nicht mehr dort wechseln lassen, sondern im Max-Center in Wels bei der Goldbox. Funktioniert einwandfrei. Zur beschädigten Uhr sagte sie nur, dass man keine Pfuscher ranlassen sollte. Nachdem ich ihr erklärte, dass ich eigentlich in einem Fachgeschäft war, war sie schockiert. Daraufhin stellte ich Herrn Neuhofer zur Rede und wollte wissen warum er mich denn nicht weiter geschickt hat, wenn der sich bei dieser Uhr nicht auskennt. Er meinte nur, dass man bei so einer Billiguhr sowieso erstmal prüfen müsste ob die denn tatsächlich wasserdicht sei und hat das ganze aufgrund des Wertes der Uhr herabgespielt. Als meine Tochter dann auch noch in den Laden kam, und vernünftig mit ihm reden wollte war er bereits so in Rage, dass er sich kaum noch halten konnte und alle aus dem Laden schmiss, obwohl wir eigentlich nur eine friedliche Lösung wollten, bei der er uns ein Stück weit entgegen kommt, da nun meine Uhr bereit für den Elektroschrott ist und er noch nicht einmal bereit war, die Kosten für den Batterietausch zu ersetzen. Zu seiner absolut unfreundlichen Art eine „Lösung“ zu finden kommt auch noch, dass er sowieso überteuert ist (Batterietausch bei Neuhofer = € 12,00 und Batterietausch bei der Goldbox im Max-Center = € 10,00). Klar sollte man die Geschäfte im Ort unterstützen, aber die Leistung muss dennoch passen. A bottomless cheek! I had the battery of my Ice-Watch replaced a month ago. This watch was originally waterproof, but started to tarnish after the battery was replaced. Since I am an Ice-Watch lover, of course I did not have the battery replaced on my second Ice-Watch anymore, but in the Max-Center in Wels at the gold box. Works flawlessly. The only thing she said about the damaged watch was that you shouldn't let botch up on it. After I explained to her that I was actually in a specialty shop, she was shocked. I then confronted Mr. Neuhofer and wanted to know why he did not send me on if he was not familiar with this watch. He just said that with such a cheap watch, you would have to check whether it was actually waterproof anyway and downplayed the whole thing because of the value of the watch. When my daughter came into the shop and wanted to talk to him sensibly, he was already in such a rage that he could hardly keep himself and kicked everyone out of the shop, although we really only wanted a peaceful solution with which he comes a little bit closer to us because my watch is now ready for electronic waste and it wasn't even ready to replace the cost of replacing the battery. In addition to his absolutely unfriendly way of finding a "solution", there is also the fact that he is overpriced anyway (battery replacement at Neuhofer = € 12.00 and battery replacement at the Goldbox in the Max-Center = € 10.00). Sure, you should support the local business, but the performance must still fit.

Ich bin mit dem Service sehr zufrieden. I urgently needed a new battery for my watch. It was exchanged in 30 minutes including a pressure test (as it is waterproof up to 100m). I am very satisfied with the service.
