Mit wurde gesagt, dass es zwar etwas komplex aber machbar sei und versichert, dass ich das Produkt bis spätesten Jänner 2022 haben würde. Es ist jetzt März 2022. Bei meinen Anrufen bisher wurde mir jedes Mal versichert, dass die Glasplatte bald fertig sei. Mittlerweile ist sie laut des immer freundlichen Herren am Telefon bereits wahrscheinlich fertig, aber nicht auffindbar. Ich warte nun abermals seit Wochen auf einen Rückruf. Ich bin gespannt, ob ich die Glasplatte jemals zu Gesicht bekommen werde. Bis dahin bin ich einfach nur sprachlos darüber, wie wenig Interesse bei der Glaserei besteht, ihre Kundschaft zufrieden zu stellen. I commissioned a semicircular mirrored glass tabletop in October 2021. I was told it was a bit complex but doable and assured that I would have the product by January 2022 at the latest. It is now March 2022. Every time I have called, I have been assured that the glass plate will be ready soon. By now, according to the always friendly gentleman on the phone, she's probably done, but can't be found. I've been waiting for a call back for weeks now. I'm curious if I'll ever see the glass plate. Until then, I'm just speechless about how little interest the glaziers have in satisfying their customers.
