E	Eri Fink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Creme der Mokka-Krapfen waren ranzig. Die Nusstorte sehr gut. Aber das es um 2 Uhr nur noch 2 Grillagen-Schiffchen gab? Die Verkäuferin wollte auch partout nicht im Kühlraum nachschauen, ob es vielleicht doch noch welche gab. Schade, bin extra aus Tirol gekommen, weil ich Heiner seit den 80er Jahre kenne. Meine Kinder haben von dort ihre Tauftorten bekommen. The cream of the mocha donuts was rancid. The nut cake very good. But that at 2 o'clock there were only 2 grillage boats left? The saleswoman did not want to look in the cold room to see whether there were still any. It's a shame, I came especially from Tyrol because I've known Heiner since the 80s. My children got their christening cakes from there.

Very cozy café restaurant in Hernals. Very good coffee and very good pastries, friendly and fast service. Very nice atmosphere, gladly again!

Ich bin gestern extra zu dieser Filiale gefahren, um einige Stück Dobostorte zu kaufen - mir wurde dann erklärt, diese Torte gebe es nur im Ganzen (10 Stück) um 40 Euro ..... was soll ich als Single mit einer ganzen Torte??? Die möchte ich zB mit 2 Kollegen im Büro essen und nicht einfrieren. Hier geht offenbar Masse vor Klasse, absolut unverständlich und nicht kundenfreundlich, das auf der hp angeführte "herausragende Service" ist das ebenfalls definitiv nicht. So etwas habe ich noch in keiner anderen Konditorei oder Bäckerei erlebt. Neue Kunden wird man so nicht gewinnen. Ich werde daher von weiteren Besuchen bei Heiner absehen. My rating only relates to the service. The products are very good. I drove to this branch yesterday to buy a few pieces of Dobo cake - I was then told that this cake was only available as a whole (10 pieces) for 40 euros ..... what should I do as a single with a whole cake? ?? For example, I would like to eat them with 2 colleagues in the office and not freeze them. Obviously, mass comes before class, absolutely incomprehensible and not customer-friendly, the "outstanding service" mentioned on the hp is definitely not. I have never seen anything like it in any other pastry shop or bakery. You won't win new customers that way. I will therefore refrain from further visits to Heiner.

Good coffee and great pastries. I especially liked the mocha donuts. The service is also very friendly.
