Man bemüht sich auch nicht, das Paket zu finden, geschweige den zu suchen. Unmöglicher, unfreundlicher Verkäufer My package was delivered to Miso and you can't find it. A	Alexandra Rinner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unmöglicher Service. Ich wollte an einem Donnerstag um 10:50 mein Paket abholen, laut offizieller Öffnungszeiten sollte der Shop ab 8:00 geöffnet haben. Der Laden war zu, die Tür versperrt und bei der Telefonnummer ging sofort die Mailbox dran. Unmöglich. Impossible service. I wanted to pick up my package on a Thursday at 10:50 am, according to the official opening times the shop should be open from 8:00 am. The shop was closed, the door locked and the voicemail answered the phone number immediately. Not possible.

Paket ist abholbereit und der Mann an der Kassa weigert es dich zu übergeben weil "zuviel los ist" und es nicht sein Job ist Pakete zu übergeben in einem Paketannahmeshop. 4 Kunden im Supermarkt ist zuviel los anscheinend. Verweist drauf einfach später wieder zu kommen und es nochmal zu probieren. Ich würde GLS empfehlen die Partnerschaft einzustellen weils offensichtlich keine Einzelerfahrung ist. Unfriendly lazy bunch. The package is ready to be picked up and the man at the checkout refuses to hand it over to you because "there is too much going on" and it is not his job to hand over packages in a parcel acceptance shop. 4 customers in the supermarket is too busy apparently. Reminds you to come back later and try again. I would recommend GLS to discontinue the partnership because it's obviously not a one-on-one experience.
D	Dominik Freissl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Abholen meines Paketes wurde mein Ausweis NICHT kontrolliert, kein einziges Deutsches Wort, unordentlich und Telefonisch von 9:30 bis 16:00 sieben Mal nicht erreichbar!! Bei GLS anrufen und selber erkunden ob das Paket dort ist, der Inhaber wusste nicht das mein Paket dort ist! Da GLS den Abholzettel an der Stiege angebracht hat, hätte jeder das Paket Abholen können! Absolut unter aller sau!
