Also wer ein giant rad sucht kann das geschäfft nur empfehlen Bought my bike there today, great advice, the saleswoman took her time to answer all my questions, even though there was a lot going on. So if you are looking for a giant wheel, you can only recommend it

Die Räder wurden fix und fertig aufgebaut, verpackt und versendet. Sollte ich mal in Wien und Umgebung sein ist mein erster Stop im Store? Great shop! Already bought the second racing bike in the store this year and shipped it to Carinthia ... Everything works smoothly. Very competent employees. The bikes were completely assembled, packed and shipped. Should I ever be in Vienna and the surrounding area, my first stop is in the store?
C	Christian Turkowitsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ der schlechteste Service, den ich je hatte, Service unangenehm, ich kam mit einem Fahrrad, das die Herstellergarantie hat -GIANT und ich wurde behandelt, als wollte ich etwas stehlen, natürlich haben sie das Fahrrad nicht zum Service genommen und das angegeben stated Sie waren nicht dazu verpflichtet, und wenn sie wollten, könnte ich es nehmen, aber ich kann zwei Monate auf ihn warten, weil sie so viel Arbeit haben, die Garantie sagt, dass die Reparatur natürlich nicht länger als 14 Tage dauern kann, sie haben mir zugesagt, dass man auf manche teile monate warten muss, wusste ich nicht, denn selbst bei Ferrari dauert die Teilebestellung nicht so lange, haha witzig. Natürlich können sie ein Fahrrad verkaufen, sie sind nett, aber wenn du mit Garantie kommst, uuuu vergiss.. Ich werde nur hinzufügen, dass sich niemand mein Fahrrad angeschaut hat und was ein Problem sein könnte. Es wird sich wahrscheinlich als Kleinigkeit herausstellen, die in 5 Minuten repariert werden kann, aber wie Sie sehen, war es zu viel für sie, ich empfehle es überhaupt nicht! worst service i have ever had, service uncomfortable, i came with a bike that has the manufacturer's warranty -GIANT and i was treated like i wanted to steal something, of course they didn't take the bike for service and stated that you were not obliged to, and if they wanted I could take it, but I can wait two months for him because they have so much work, the guarantee says that the repair can of course not take more than 14 days, they promised me I didn't know that you had to wait months for some parts, because even at Ferrari it doesn't take that long to order parts, haha funny. Of course they can sell a bike, they are nice, but if you come with a guarantee, uuuu forget .. I'm just going to add that nobody looked at my bike and which could be a problem. It will probably turn out to be a minor thing that can be fixed in 5 minutes but as you can see it was too much for them, I don't recommend it at all!
F	Friedrich Huber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin mit dem Store in Klosterneuburg sehr zufrieden. Habe letztes Jahr dort ein MTB für meinen Sohn gekauft und heuer ein Rennrad für mich. Beide Male sehr gute und kompetente Beratung, ohne aufdringlich zu sein oder zu versuchen, mir etwas aufzuschwatzen. Fürs Rennrad habe ich auch ein Bike-Fitting gemacht. Habe noch nie so etwas Perfektes und Professionelles erlebt, das Rennrad hat bei der Abholung in allen Dimensionen auf den Millimeter genau gepasst und das Fahren damit ist deutlich entspannter als mit dem Vorgängermodell. Keine Sitzbeschwerden mehr, deutlich mehr Kraft am Pedal und keine Rückenbeschwerden. Kann den Store nur empfehlen! Auch das erste Service fürs Rennrad hat tadellos geklappt. Am vereinbarten Tag Rad abgegeben und am nächsten Tag neu eingestellt (und gewaschen ;-)) wieder bekommen. I am very satisfied with the store in Klosterneuburg. I bought an MTB for my son there last year and a racing bike for me this year. Both times very good and competent advice, without being intrusive or trying to talk me into something. I also made a bike fitting for the racing bike. I have never experienced anything so perfect and professional, the racing bike fit exactly to the millimeter in all dimensions when it was picked up and riding it is much more relaxed than with the previous model. No more sitting discomfort, significantly more power on the pedal and no back discomfort. Can only recommend the store! The first service for the racing bike also worked flawlessly. The bike was handed in on the agreed day and readjusted (and washed ;-)) the next day.

Der Servicegedanke wird groß geschrieben - man kann sich dort nur wohl fühlen! Der Store hat alles, was das Sportlerherz höher schlagen lässt I bought my first bike there as a newbie and received top advice, both when choosing and when picking it up. The service concept is very important - you can only feel comfortable there! The store has everything that makes an athlete's heart beat faster
V	Viktor Fally on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Corona-Zeiten einen Shop zu finden, welcher aktuell noch Räder hat ist nicht so leicht (Wartezeiten bis zu einem Jahr) aber bei Speed Planet - geht's auch anders im positiven Sinne. Ende Juli dort angekommen, meine Wünsche deponiert und auch gefunden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und geht auf den Kunden als auch auf die Wünsche ein und wenn es Probleme gibt, dann kann man jederzeit die Werkstatt aufsuchen (mittlerweile 2 x ausprobiert - die Jungs dort sind auch genial). Also - dieses Geschäft wird mich noch öfters sehen, da ein moderner Shop mit viel Auswahl, freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen und super vor Ort Service. Weiter so .... und übrigens das neue Rennrad ist einfach der Hammer, welches mir empfohlen wurde - kann gar nicht genug bekommen von den Ausfahrten .... Sollte ich mich entschließen, ein MTB zu kaufen, dann weiß ich schon wo, natürlich bei Speed Planet …. (aber dies ist wieder eine andere Geschichte ….) Finding a shop in Corona times that currently still has bikes is not so easy (waiting times of up to a year) but at Speed Planet - things can also be different in a positive sense. Arrived there at the end of July, deposited my wishes and found them. The staff is very friendly and takes care of the customer as well as the wishes and if there are problems, then you can go to the workshop at any time (meanwhile tried twice - the guys there are also brilliant). So - this shop will see me more often, as a modern shop with a lot of selection, friendly staff and great on-site service. Keep it up .... and by the way, the new racing bike is just awesome, which was recommended to me - can't get enough of the rides .... Should I decide to buy a MTB, then I already know where, of course at Speed Planet…. (but this is another story again ...)

Whatsapp Nachrichten wurden gelesen und ignoriert. Leider kein guter service Didn't understand my request and couldn't give me any information about my rim dimensions for the bike I bought from you in the store. Whatsapp messages were read and ignored. Unfortunately not a good service
I	Ich 834 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mein Fully wegen dem hinteren Lager gebracht. Termin zur Abgabe hat super funktioniert. Die Thematik Lager besprochen. Später einen Anruf bekommen - was Sache ist - wie es behoben werden kann - was da auf mich zukommt. Arbeiten bestätigt - Woche drauf abholen können. Bike war komplett sauber (ich habs definitiv dreckig abgegeben) Dämpfer aufgepumpt, Reifen aufgepumpt, Kette sauber - Toller ehrlicher rundum Service. Ich geh dort gerne wieder hin. Danke werte Speed Planet Team! Andreas I brought my fully because of the rear bearing. Deadline for submission worked great. Discussed the subject of storage. Got a call later - what's up - how it can be fixed - what's in store for me. Work confirmed - can pick up next week. Bike was completely clean (I definitely handed it in dirty) shocks pumped up, tires pumped up, chain clean - Great honest all round service. I like to go there again. Thank you, Speed Planet Team!
