J	Judith Schnider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In diesem Gesundheitszentrum ist eine Küchenchefin beschäftigt, die Anordnungen gibt, die für das GZ Wetzlgut total rufschädigend sind. Auf dem Essenszeitenplan stehen immer nur die Beginnzeiten der Essensausgabe, nicht jedoch die Zeit, bis WANN man ein Essen bekommt. Wenn man 20 Minuten später als zur Beginnzeit zum Essen kommt, bekommt man kein Essen mehr. Ich weiß nicht, was die Küche mit dem Essen macht, das ja für uns gekocht werden musste. Es hilft auch kein Diskutieren. Die Küchenchefin bleibt dabei, dass wir kein Essen mehr bekommen. Ich empfinde diese Haltung der Küchenchefin als abscheuliche, abwertende Haltung dem Kurgast gegenüber. Das GZ Wetzlgut ist grundsätzlich ein recht gut geführtes Haus, aber diese Aktion der Küchenchefin - bei EINMALIGEM zu spät Kommen - hat mir wirklich einiges an meinem Wohlbefinden im GZ Wetzlgut verdorben. Mein Vorschlag für das GZ Wetzlgut wäre, sich von dieser Küchenchefin zu trennen. Diese Situation haben nämlich nicht nur wir erlebt sondern die ist anderen Kurgästen ebenso passiert, die auch nur ein einziges Mal etwas später gekommen sind. A kitchen chef is employed in this health center, who gives orders that are totally damaging to the reputation of the GZ Wetzlgut. The meal schedule always only shows the start times of the food distribution, but not the time until WHEN you get a meal. If you come to eat 20 minutes later than when you started, you won't get any more food. I don't know what the kitchen does with the food that had to be cooked for us. Discussing doesn't help either. The chef insists that we don't get any more food. I feel this attitude of the chef as a hideous, derogatory attitude towards the spa guest. The GZ Wetzlgut is basically a very well-run establishment, but this action by the chef - if I was ONCE late - has really spoiled a lot of my well-being at the GZ Wetzlgut. My suggestion for the GZ Wetzlgut would be to part with this chef. Not only did we experience this situation, it also happened to other spa guests who came a little later even once.

Direkter Verbindungsgang zur Felsentherme und ins Therapiezentrum. Very good treatments and therapies. Modern equipment. Food very good. Very nice staff. Nice rooms. Beautiful view. Direct connection to the Felsentherme and the therapy center.

Hier fühlt man sich nicht als Patient, sondern als Gast! Wenn man ankommt und eincheckt, wird man freundlich begrüßt und auf Fragen und Wünsche, wird sofort eingegangen! Auch wenn man vielleicht manchmal etwas nervt, das Personal bleibt immer freundlich! Die Ärztliche Versorgung ist allerdings mangelhaft! Die Ärztin geht nicht auf Probleme der Patienten ein. The Wetzlgut health center in Bad Gastein is not just a rehabilitation station where patients are processed, no! Here you don't feel like a patient, but like a guest! When you arrive and check in, you are greeted in a friendly manner and questions and requests are dealt with immediately! Even if you might be a bit annoying at times, the staff is always friendly!
