★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Autos sind +/- tadellos, aber der Kundenservice nicht wirklich existent bzw. katastrophal. Als wir uns für ein Auto mit Stern entschieden, hatten wir eine völlig andere Erwartung. Von der ersten Abholung bis hin zu jedem weiteren Servicetermin eine echte Enttäuschung und teils Zumutung (mit Ausnahme der immer zuvorkommenden und professionellen Damen an der Annahme). Kundenservive in 2022 geht einfach anders. Suche nun einen anderen Händler.
 The cars are +/- impeccable, but the customer service is non-existent or catastrophic. When we decided on a star car, we had a completely different expectation. From the first collection to every further service appointment a real disappointment and partly unreasonable (with the exception of the always courteous and professional ladies at reception). Customer service in 2022 is simply different. Now look for another dealer.
