Handschlag Qualität ?? Empfehlenswert ?? Nettes Personal ?? Had to unexpectedly have something done on the car. I got an appointment the very next day. The boss personally lent a hand and fixed it very quickly. Handshake quality ?? Recommended ?? Nice staff ??

R	Rudy K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir finden es nicht okay, dass wir einen Tag vor der ÖAMTC Kaufüberprüfung die Nachricht erhalten, dass unser Auto an einen anderen verkauft wurde. Wir hätten das Auto nämlich, wie ausgemacht, sehr gerne gekauft, und wollten bei einem älteren Modell nur sichergehen, dass keine groben Mängel vorhanden sind. Aber wer weiss ob wir uns damit nicht ohnehin Probleme erspart haben. We don't think it's okay that we receive the message one day before the ÖAMTC purchase verification that our car has been sold to someone else. We would have liked to have bought the car, as agreed, and just wanted to make sure that there were no major defects with an older model. But who knows if we have saved ourselves problems with it anyway.

Dort am Parkplatz versagt aus heiterem Himmel die Lichtmaschine (kaputt!). Vereinbart wird Reparatur bis Montag Abend. Bereits am nächsten Tag (!) vormittags überraschender Anruf: Auto repariert, Reifen gewechselt - kann abgeholt werden! Prompter Service, transparente Beratung, fairer Preis! Absolut empfehlenswert *** We are excited! - Car brought to HAI automobile on Thursday afternoon for a tire change. There at the parking lot the alternator fails out of the blue (broken!). Repair by Monday evening is agreed. Surprising call the next day (!) In the morning: car repaired, tires changed - can be picked up! Prompt service, transparent advice, fair price! Highly Recommended ***

Immer wieder gerne. My Dad's New Toyota Camry (7 Months Old) was repaired after an accident. No gaps, no color differences, no scratches on plastic parts or in the new paint, no long repair times.
