Man wartet 45 Minuten draußen und die wissen nicht mal warum man da ist, trotzt dass gleich am Anfang alles im Büro abgegeben wurde und besprochen wurde und man einen Termin hatte. Die haben mich gar nicht drüber informiert dass ich eine Woche zu früh da war, haben das Geld verlangt für die Prüfung und wo alles schon fertig war, haben die gemeint dass ich nächste Woche wieder kommen soll, wieder den kompletten Betrag bezahlen soll und dann kriege ich erst den Pickerl....aber früher sagen geht nicht. Frechheit. Keine Rückmeldung auf Beschwerde, unfreundliche Leute. Prüfstelle Eugendorf: Very long waiting time despite prior appointment. You wait 45 minutes outside and they do not even know why you are there, defying that at the beginning everything was handed in at the office and was discussed and you had an appointment. They did not inform me that I was there a week too early, asked for the money for the exam and where everything was already done, they meant that I should come back next week, pay the whole amount again and then get it I first the pickerl .... but say earlier does not work. F	Frank Süß on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ist besser wie der ÖMTC oder ARBÖ. Hinzu kommt, das man keine sinnfreie Mitgliedschaft abschließen muss um das pickerl machen lassen zu können. Kosten liegen im unteren Bereich. Termin vereinbaren, hinfahren, ca 30 min. Einplanen und schon geht es das nächste Jahr weiter auf den Straßen Immer wieder gern. Is better than the ÖMTC or ARBÖ. In addition, you don't have to sign up for a meaningless membership in order to be able to make the picker. Costs are in the lower range. M	Markus K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider schwer enttäuscht worden, war immer zufrieden, da Dekra kein Gewinn Orientierte Stelle ist (da sie keine Werkstätte haben). Dennoch muss ich einen Mitarbeiter mit sehr schlechter Laune erwischt haben. Vielleicht war es nur eine Ausnahme. Unfortunately badly disappointed, was always satisfied as Dekra is not a profit oriented agency (since they have no workshops). Still, I must have caught an employee in a very bad mood. Maybe it was just an exception.
