★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zunächst nur Kennzeichen nachbestellt. Super flott und freundlich. Dann am Freitag Auto umgemeldet. War bereits um 7:45 Uhr dort, Tür war bereits offen und ich wurde auch sofort dran genommen. War dann bereits kurz vor 8 Uhr fertig. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Initially only reordered license plates. Super quick and friendly. Then the car was re-registered on Friday. Was there at 7.45 a.m., the door was already open and my turn was taken immediately. Was finished shortly before 8 o'clock. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We initially got a quote and subsequently signed a policy contract for our car insurance with them because their salesperson gave us an appealing driver rating of B/M Level 1 (best rating possible) and the cheapest quote compared to competitors. After signing the contract, getting our car plates and everything, the salesperson changed her mind 2 weeks later (without communicating during that time, despite repeated emails without response from her to ask if everything was ok as we never received the policy documents). She asked for more money (despite us having a signed contract in place). I involved her manager but that did not change anything and did not improve professionalism. They were not interested to discuss about it, lied to us, and then announce after 1 month that we could either pay more (50 euros a month extra) or resign and change insurance. This was despite having a legal contract in place.
It seems their strategy is to propose very attractive price to attract customers, make you sign a contract, and then ask for more money (even though you have a contract, and therefore they cannot do that legally). I have lodged a case with the Ombudsman so that they are aware of the wrong practices of this Generali branch.
Fortunately now we were able to find a more honest insurance person, who gave us B/M Level 1 without deceiving us down the track and an honest price.
Stay away from this Generali branch.
