A pure disaster I recommend you go to the ams before you start working here first training then after a little over a week on the phone and no pig helps you I'd rather go cleaning than work here for 1 hour !!!!

Ich muss leider beruflich mit ihnen Arbeiten aber wenn ich mir die Comments der ehemaligen Mitarbeiter durchlese wundert mich nicht das die so viel Pfuschn -> Ohne richtige Motivation und Respekt den Mitarbeitern gegenüber kann ein Unternehmen nur schlecht sein und das ist es! Worst Call Center Ever! Unfortunately, I have to work with them professionally, but when I read through the comments of the former employees I am not surprised that they so much botch -> Without the right motivation and respect for the employees, a company can only be bad and that's it!

Arbeitsplatz wird nicht gereinigt von einer putzkraft also tastatur dreckig. wie erwähnt mit dem headset wird nicht gereinigt. Du bekommst kein 'call center' vertrag sondern einen allgemeinen. gibts genug zu erzählen, aber das wäre das wichtigste Per: * You have an employer * Can schedule when you work * Employees are nice Cons: * You don't have your own headset ergo if you get a headset from a sick employee you will most likely get sick. * The workplace is not cleaned by a cleaner, i.e. the keyboard is dirty. * as mentioned with the headset is not cleaned. * You don't get a 'call center' contract but a general one. * there is enough to tell, but that would be the most important
a	alphatih 1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teamleiter und " abteilungsleiterin" haben 0 kompetent und machen nach lust und laune druck, die mitarbeiter die sich an die Teamleiter etc einschleimen und in denn hintern kriechen sind im vorteil dürfen sich fehler leisten und bekommen die gewünschten skills, das ist unprofessionel für eine firma. Team leader and "department manager" have 0 competent and make according to desire and mood pressure, the coworkers who stick to the team leader etc and crawl in the back are allowed to afford mistakes and get the desired skills, that is unprofessional for a company.
D	DerSagerAlexAUT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieser Ort ist zum arbeiten ungeeignet. Wenn du am späten Vormittag kommst bekommst du keinen PC mehr weil alle schon besetzt sind. (Und die suchen immer mehr Leute) Dann musst du warten bis einer Frei wird oder du setzt dich in eine andere Abteilung. Ein eigenes Headset bekommst du nicht. Obwohl diese Dinger nicht die Welt kosten. Also von der Hygiene her ein Desaster. Tastaturen sind dreckig, Bildschirme verdreckt und die Tischplatten schauen aus wie Sau. Abgesehen von diesen mehr oder weniger erträglichen No-Go's bekommt man noch dazu einen Arbeitsvertrag der dem Arbeitsaufwand nicht würdig ist. Nämlich den des allgemeinen Handels. Noch dazu hebt sich die HR Abteilung in den Himmel obwohl diese die Kompetenz eines Heizkörpers haben. Ich war ein Monat dort und war froh das ich eine Stelle im gehobenen Management gefunden habe denn da habe ich wenigstens ein eigenes Büro und einen eigenen Schreibtisch. Und das beste ist das man für jede Kleinigkeit Mitschriften machen muss also was man verkauft und wie oft man irgendeinen Satz sagt nur um eine Quote zu erfüllen. Nicht einmal wenn ich keine Arbeit finden würde würde ich hier arbeiten. Da gehe ich vorher noch Klos putzen oder zum McDonald. This place is unsuitable for work. Egal ob am studiert, Kinder hat, oder Abendschule man kann alles im Dienstplan unterbringen. Das Home Office arbeiten macht auch vieles einfacher. I think it's great that you can talk so openly with your superiors. Regardless of whether you are studying, have children or evening school, everything can be included in the roster. Hin und wieder sogar 7 tage durch mit 9 Stunden. Zu wenig Lohn für diese arbeitsbedingungen. Alte Pc´s die zu lange brauchen bis man sich mal einloggen kann . Oft wenn arbeitsbeginn ist nichtmal ein Sitzplatz irgendwo frei . worst call center I have ever seen in Vienna. Bad working hours so you work 9 hours every day. Every now and then even 7 days with 9 hours. Not enough wages for these working conditions. Old PCs that take too long to log in. Often when starting work there is not even a seat somewhere free.
