This is customer service as I want it to be. Got a replacement car within hours of an accident and my vehicle was immediately taken to an authorized workshop and repaired. I didn't have to worry about anything, zero costs. Thank you Schättle.

Ich wollte heute ein Angebot für Auto Versicherung. Da ich vorherige Auto nur 2 Wochen hatte wollte der Herr xxxx mir ein Honorar verrechnen. Ich war seit ca 2006 Kunde bei Schättle..
Er fragte mich wie lange werde ich das Auto halten.
Gut das andere Versicherungs Agenturen auch gibt bin zu andere gegangen und dort habe ich gleiche Leistung bekommen ohne Honorarzahlenzumüssen...

Unfortunately 0 stars not possible....
I wanted an auto insurance quote today. Since I only had the previous car for 2 weeks, Mr. xxxx wanted to charge me a fee. I have been a Schättle customer since around 2006.
He asked me how long will I keep the car.
It's good that there are other insurance agencies too, I went to others and there I got the same service without having to pay fees...
