★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben einen Baulift bei der Firma Gemba erworben, dieser Baulift wurde aus München angeschafft. Beim Verkaufsgespräch wurde uns damals volles Service angeboten. Sie bekommen auch das Service, Sie müssen sich nur einige Wochen gedulden.
Das Produkt war ok, davon habe ich aber nichts, wenn es meistens steht, weil sich niemand für Serviceleistungen zuständig fühlt.

 We bought a construction lift from Gemba, this construction lift was purchased from Munich. At the time of the sales talk, we were offered full service. You also get the service, you just have to wait a few weeks.
The product was ok, but I have nothing of it if it mostly stands because nobody feels responsible for services.
