Der Verkäufer kam nicht freundlich und bemüht rüber, eher hatte ich das Gefühl, dass ich nicht willkommen war in diesem Geschäft - für mich ein absolutes No-Go! The selection is large and the prices for a retail trade are OK. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The salesperson didn't come across as friendly and eager, rather I had the feeling that I wasn't welcome in this shop - an absolute no-go for me!

Bis jetzt machte ich, wenn ich Beratung brauchte in einem Fachhandel, meistens immer die Erfahrung, dass mir die VerkäuferInnen die teuersten Produkte im Sortiment andrehen wollten. Hier bin ich aber "geldbörselökonomisch" beraten worden beim Einkauf :) Competent advice, friendly service. I bought a few little things there for a craft project with children. Up until now, when I needed advice from a specialist retailer, I always had the experience that the sellers wanted to sell me the most expensive products in the range. Here, however, I was advised "purse-economically" when shopping :)
W	Wolfi Koini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anscheinend Neuűbernahme. Junger Verkäufer (ich denke Sohn des Besitzers) war sehr nett und bemüht! Vielleicht fehlt noch etwas Praxis, daher "nur" 4 Sterne, wobei nur nicht negativ gemeint ist, sondern sehr positiv! Und der 5. Stern kann ja noch kommen! Apparently new takeover. Young seller (I think the owner's son) was very nice and hard-working! Maybe some practice is still missing, therefore "only" 4 stars, although it is not meant negatively, but very positively! And the 5th star can still come!

Die Frage nach einem Flexblattl verlief ähnlich erfolgreich. Flat trade from the flattest. Looking for universal wood screws, I asked for Spax, something like 12x4 or something. "I don't have Spax," he said standing in front of the shelf with Spax, and expertly added, "No, those are screws!" The question about a flex sheet was similarly successful.
