M	Margot Artner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 10. April war ich ebenfalls dort, allerdings am Vormittag, um eine "Abschiedskarte" zu kaufen. Die selbe Verkäuferin (wie auch heute) hat mich ziemlich desinteressiert und beiläufig nach draussen geschickt um zu suchen, denn drinnen hätten sie keine diesbezüglichen. Heute, am Weg zum Klos, schaute ich hinein und prompt stand die selbe Verkäuferin, eine Verwechslung ist absolut ausgeschlossen, mit einer jungen Kollegin, bei der Kassa. Sie könne sich weder an mich, noch an meine Tochter erinnern, die eine teure Füllfeder gesucht hat. Es ist Tatsache, daß meine Tochter sogar über die Maßen freundlich ist, denn in den 10 Filialen die sie im Ausland führt, könnte weder sie sich, noch ihre Untergebenen, ein solches Verhalten nicht leisten! Schwer geschockt über diese unfreundliche Behandlung rief sie mich auch an. LUSTIG ist absolut UNlustig! Besagte Verkäuferin hat heute alles abgestritten, wohl aus Angst vor Konsequenzen, z.B. meine Bewertung! Pech, denn hätte sie sich dazu bekannt und entschuldigt, könnte man einen "schlechten Tag" noch halbwegs verdauen. Wie gut, daß Wien noch große Auswhl an Papierhandlungen hat! I was there on April 10, but in the morning to buy a "farewell card". The same shop assistant (as well as today) has been quite disinterested and casually sent outside to look for, because inside they have no related. Today, on the way to the toilet, I looked into it and promptly stood the same saleswoman, a confusion is absolutely impossible, with a young colleague, at the cash desk. She could not remember either me or my daughter, who was looking for an expensive fountain pen. It is a fact that my daughter is even exceedingly friendly, because in the 10 outlets she runs abroad, neither she nor her subordinates could not afford such behavior! Shocked by this unkind treatment, she also called me. FUN is absolutely inane! Said saleswoman denied everything today, probably for fear of consequences, e.g. My review! Bad luck, because if she had known and apologized, you could digest a "bad day" halfway. How good that Vienna still has a large selection of paperwork!
