Anlieferung immer pünktlich, auch umstellen, weil der Auftraggeber (also ich) einen falschen Standort bekannt gegeben hat, erfolgt blitzschnell und kostengünstig. Sehr empfehlenswert ! Mulde kam pünktlich - trotz der beengten Zufahrt (ein anderes Unternehmen hatte sich geweigert diesen Transport zu übernehmen) - Hut ab vor den Fahrern - auch der Abtransport der Mulde klappte problemlos. I had ordered a trough for bulky rubbish. Mulde arrived on time - despite the narrow driveway (another company had refused to take over this transport) - hats off to the drivers - the removal of the Mulde also went smoothly.

Genauer gesagt, wurden Mulden nicht am versprochenen Tag zugestellt bzw. abgeholt, was zu großen Verzögerungen und Mehrkosten auf der Baustelle geführt hat. In Graz arbeitet Fa. Nemetz mit einer anderen Firma zusammen, die die Mulden zustellt. Die Schuld wurde auf diese Firma geschoben. Auch mit Umgang von Beschwerden sehr unzufrieden: GF sehr unfreundlich, versprochene Rückrufe der Mitarbeiter oft nicht eingehalten. Würden definitiv keine Mulden mehr dort bestellen und können die Firma auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen! We have ordered some troughs for rubble disposal. In about 1/3 of the orders there were unreliability that cost us a lot of money. More specifically, dumpsters were not delivered or picked up on the promised day, which led to major delays and additional costs on the construction site. In Graz, the Nemetz company works with another company that delivers the skips. Blame was placed on this company. Also very dissatisfied with the handling of complaints: GF very unfriendly, promised callbacks from the employees often not kept. Would definitely not order dumpsters there again and would definitely not recommend the company!

Sowohl die Lieferung als auch die Abholung und die Platzierung des Containers an der richtigen Stelle verliefen super! Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Bedarf diese Leistung in Anspruch nehmen :-) We had ordered a 12m³ container for disposing of furniture in an apartment. Both the delivery and the collection and placement of the container in the right place went great! I would use this service again if needed :-)

Super Service kann die Firma nur weiterempfehlen und werde sie selbst bald wieder in Anspruch nehmen. My body was delivered on time and also picked up. The drivers are very friendly. The company can only recommend great service and I will use it again soon.
